The store has a large selection of excellent quality men's shoes. My wife bought me two pairs of black leather shoes. They are very comfortable to walk in, they don't stiffen anywhere.

We walked in during a heavy rain storm to find the store crowded and struggling with serious roof leaks. We almost walked out but the suit shopping was time sensitive. Iman (I hope I spelled this correctly) immediately began working with us and outfitted my son, calling him by name, with a new suit, alterations, shirt, tie, socks and shoes. The price was reasonable. However the quality of service was phenomenal. Iman was calm and confident. He was polite and hardworking. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much!!

Worked with a gentleman on Wednesday, March 23, 2022 at 2:30 PM for a white french cuff shirt for my reception. Did not get his name, but he looked like a more mature adam Levine from maroon 5 and he was great. Easy to speak to, found what we needed with options, and just a friendly personality with good style - exactly what you need when shopping for mens formal wear. Selection overall did seem good, but that’s expected with the store - service being extraordinary was the push for 5 stars.

Great store. Staff is very helpful and good. Guy sized me up without even measuring me. Had my suit tailored with short notice. Had to give them 5 stars for that alone. Highly recommend over any big box store. Went to Macy's first and I don't know what it is about this younger generation but they are not helpful at all really. Won't be back there. Jos A. Bank lifer moving forward.

My soon to be husband has recently purchased over $1000 from that store including his wedding suit. Worked with a big loud mouth salesman named Mark who stuck on us like a barnacle and was pushy and obnoxious. We had to go into the Shoppes at Union Hill, Denville store yesterday to return a shirt. The store was crowded with shoppers. I stood online and waited for Mark to make a sale for people in front of me. After waiting, it was my turn at the register, Mark asked me if I was returning and I said yes. He told me that HE was not able to make returns and that I had to wait for another sales person who was not in the store to show up. He was loud and rude as usual and more interested in making the next sale commission than servicing a current, dedicated customer. I/we will never shop at that Jos A Bank again. Mark is an old big mouth with too much to say and no professional attitude. You simply don't do that to continued customers. Mark learn customer service! Your just a loud mouth who spits when he talks! Put on a mask!

Ask for Ralph! Huge help in getting my suit altered after I bought it from a different Jos A. Bank location which measured me but then told me they couldn’t get it back in time despite me telling the associate when I needed it before I even picked out the suit. Ralph was great on the phone reassuring me about the turnaround and even more helpful in the store when I dropped it off. Will definitely go back.
