You’re treated like family here!!! So much fun and the burgers are the Best Ever!!!! Especially the Burgundy!—We keep coming back for that burger —They have a Great thing going on!!! Everyone is Top Notch there and shout out to Alex for getting our drinks perfect!!

All I gotta say is get the Burgandy Burger! It's delicious and my favorite thing on their menu! All of their other food is great too! I just can't get enough of that burgundy sauce 😍

We stopped in for lunch. This was a nice pub/restaurant. Pictured is there grilled chicken sandwich with a side of Mac and cheese. The other sandwich it's the grilled chicken California wrap. Both were prepared well. The food was tasty and there portions size was good. The price for just the two sandwiches with a tip was $30.

A perfect lunch in the heart of downtown Denville. Stopped in for lunch at The Second Half On Main to celebrate Saint Patrick's Day. We arrived at 1:40ish and were able to grab a table near the bar, with no wait at all. While a Guinness is a St. Patrick's staple, I'm not a big fan so stuck with what I know and ordered an IPA. When we first sat down, we were greeted by Kaitlin ( if I botched the spelling on you name, I apologize. There are so many variations) She was quick to keep us hydrated and had a good grasp of the beers available. We ordered a few Lunch IPA's (The Maine Brewing Company - 7% ALC) as well a Guiness which arrived rather quickly. Kudos to Kaitlin for going above and beyond I'm making sure our table wasn't wobbly. We assured her our beers we not a tipping hazard, but she did not want to take that chance and corrected the problem. A huge thanks for going the extra mile for us and not risking a spilled beer. When it came to ordering, Adam took over and was very attentive as well. We took advantage of one of the daily specials and ordered the Conred beef sandwich (coleslaw, pickle and horseradish sauce) as well as a burger. All meals were delicious and served fresh. We were checked on several times during our meal and service was top notch. The beer was cold and the food was great and made for a great St. Patrick's Day lunch. For those hankering a good meal for St. Patrick's Day, consider The Second Half On Main. I'm rather confident they offer this meal all day long for takeout or eat in while supplies last. We did try another local place but it was jammed packed with an 45 minute wait. We found that The Second Half in Main less crowded and a great location for a few guys to catch up while having a few cold beers and eating some food. If your looking for a good place to eat, consider stopping in or carrying out for your next meal..

Kaitlynn is just amazing! Second half on main is one of my favorite spots in Denville and she always makes everyone feel so welcomed. Today is saint Patrick’s Day and as busy as it is she is on top of everything. I had the crab cake and the special request of Jameson Irish Red head cocktail. Everything was just excellent! For great food, excellent ambiance and amazing service this is a great place!

Great food and very pleasant atmosphere. Bar tenders and waitresses are all very good and quick. Great spot for quick food and decent beer selection, only wish they were open later and kept the kitchen open for late night food. I hope that changes!

The food was good; I ordered the burgundy burger. It was very tasty and the waitress gave me extra mushrooms on the side. The best surprise was the coleslaw. My sweet potato fries were a little overcooked. The restaurant feels slightly cramped due to too many tables. Overall my experience was positive and I would return.

I have not been to the Second Half on Main since the fire 11 years ago. I used to go all of the time in the other location which had so much character. Not for any specific reason in particular, just was always really convenient and you could not miss the building. Loved the photo of the old building in the menu. I am glad we stopped. The food and service was awesome. Burger was amazing. Cooked perfect and the onion rings are off the charts. I will be going back again and I can promise it wont be 11 years, more like next month. Secomd Half on Main rocks.
