I will never go back to a Nissan dealership after their screw up and how they treated the situation. I am so happy I found GT!! They were very nice on the phone when I called them. The service was fast and very convenient. Everyone was very nice when I went to pick up my Nissan and on top of that, the mechanic actually came out to show me the broken part and explain what was done. Update: got a new battery, switched it out, car starts right up. It was a faulty battery. Had to bring my car in 3 times for the same issue. The receptionist is rude & they over charge. I wouldn't recommend this place. They should have refunded some money to me because my father who us a retired auto mechanic/technician had to take out the battery & replace it. Couldn't get the car to start to get it there for them to do it. The battery they put in was faulty but they refused to listen to that. Funny, new battery & it starts.

The team that works here are the best of the best, this isn't a commercial auto repair shop where they run through cars for money. They will take your car -> perform their due diligence in completing the job. They will go above and beyond, they are honest people and are extremely good at what they do. They are very knowledgeable and won't waste your time or money. My lexusnteuck needed a timing belt replacement along with water pump. My truck runs as good as new. I also wanted asked about replacing a timing chain on another vehicle, they were very honest and told me that I would be wasting my money and told me what to look out for. Very friendly and courteous. I have a nd will recommend them to everyone. Don't waste your time going anywhere else.

My NSX had timing belt and full fluid change service done here. Kun, master mechanic here knows these cars inside out and communicated via multiple pictures along the entire process. I live about 2.5 hours away and this was well worth the trip over my local dealership who barely services these cars. Needless to say, I’ll be coming back. Thanks again!

NSX Expert. Professional. Meticulous. Competent. On-time Delivery. These are just a few superlatives I can use to describe Kun Chee and his team at GT Japanese Automotive Inc. From start to finish the process was easy. We met for an initial consultation (just like you do going to a surgeon!). The car was carefully evaluated, and an accurate estimate was given. At a mutually convenient time, the car was brought for a period of 3-4 weeks (also agreed upon), and the work was performed as promised. Photo documentation of progress was provided frequently. Delivery was flawless. Kun is THE master of NSX gen 1s in the northeast. If you are lucky enough to have one and it needs anything done to it, GT Japanese is the place for it. Thank you!
