Great experience at the store I believe how the unit was set it was not correct. Seat is to forward and it is difficult to lean back. When the seat is upright the foot rest hits the floor.

I always thought Lay-Z-Boy Furniture was well out of my financial reach, and somewhat lagging behind in style, until I walked into a Gallery to select a recliner for my dad; I was blown away! The showroom floor was jaw-dropping and the selection was beyond my imagination! I ended up buying more than I went for and have decided to go back for additional pieces. The quality and level of comfort I experienced in just one day made me a believer and the value is well worth the money spent! Oh, and the delivery schedule was just a few days since the items were all in stock! #winning

The attention that we have received at this store is excellent! The assistance from two different salespersons has been incredible. We have to commend the general manager. She has made sure to comply with all our requests. She even called us at home after we made some selections to be sure everything was to our satisfaction. We are very impressed with the service and selection at this store.

Went to look at recliners with no intention to buy at the time and ended up purchasing less than an hour later. Our salesman Adrian was top notch. He had an answer for every question and knew his products well. We left satisfied we made the right purchase.

We had a wonderful experience at La-Z-Boy of Pembroke Pines. We visited the store on two different occasions. Both the salesperson and the store manager did everything to assist us in our choices. The store manager went over and above the call of duty.

Purchased a reclining sofa from this store and has the best experience! From the moment we walked in to the time we left, everyone was accommodating, kind, and made us feel valued. We found a sofa we were considering and Adrian helped us review the warranty & specs to make sure it was what we needed. We even enjoyed just chatting with him & laughing about furniture purchases in the past from other stores with bad experiences. We decided to wait on the sofa and think about it - he didn’t pressure us at ALL to make the purchase, even encouraging us to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. When we returned the next day to purchase, Adrian was off and Steven (who was equally as kind, accommodating, and patient) told us that Adrian had mentioned us and that we might be returning. He honored the discount Adrian discussed with us. The entire purchase process took less than 10 minutes, and they even tolerated our wild 2 year old child. While La-z-boy is undeniably a quality company, the staff is what really sold us on this sofa. I can’t speak highly enough about the care that the staff took to make us feel valued without a single trace of salesman’s pressure. Thank you Adrian & Steven! You guys are awesome !

The sales rep Steven was great. Helpful, informative, and friendly. Great experience in store. Inventory is extremely limited right now - just like for everything else, but they were able to help us get something in a pinch. Highly recommend.

We worked with Caryn (manager) and Linda (salesperson) and had a wonderful experience. After helping us find the right pieces for our dining and living rooms they’ve been very helpful, finding creative ways to compensate for the long wait times all furniture stores/manufacturers are dealing with today. They have been attentive, responsive and friendly throughout. We will definitely work with them again in the future!!!
