Dealership rip off as usual. I have had problems with my brand new Hyundai Accent since I drove it off the lot. The battery died 2 hours later in a restaurant parking lot. Since then I’ve had 4 new batteries since 2016... it was the alternator the entire time and no one bothered to check, even after I asked them too. I’ve had to pay for several of these batteries because they were just past warranty. They completely removed the airbag sensor from my passenger’s seat (is that legal?). They’ve tried to charge me for extra services I don’t need, saying my break fluid is dirty and needs to be changed, my breaks are bad, when I’ve just had it serviced by another company. If it’s not under warranty, don’t come here!!!!!!

They very kindly fixed the problem and didn't charge me. I found them very good to work with and will get my service and oil changes from them in the future.

I’ve leased 2 vehicles from this dealership using Vince Harrington to make the deals, Vince is awesome and always there to help after the deals are completed and I would highly recommend him. HOWEVER after making a deal less than I month ago, I was going through the paperwork and saw that I was paying $521 for a maintenance package. After reviewing the maintenance records from my last vehicle, I found I could get the services done myself for less money so since I was going back to the dealer to pick up my new license plates, I decided to talk to the Finance department to find out what made the service worth $521. I knocked on the door and asked if he had a minute to which he said “No” after observing the coffee and muffin on an otherwise clear desk I said I only have a quick question and asked what I was getting with my $521 service contract that I couldn’t get elsewhere for less? He said in an annoyed tone that I didn’t have a service contract, I have a maintenance contract! I found this tone to be somewhat condescending as I apparently didn’t realize there was a difference, and in his opinion, should know there’s a difference. I ignored that and noted that as the oil changes were scheduled at 7500 miles, I would only do 4 over the course of my lease, which seemed expensive for 4 oil changes, he snarked that they also checked the brakes and rotated the tires. Since my local shop also does that for $59.95 an oil change, I decided to cancel the maintenance contract in accordance to the agreement and told him so. He seemed to become somewhat annoyed and said, you know you don’t get the money, it gets taken off the back end? To which I replied, that’s fine. He then said, you’re going to have to sign something to which I said fine. After giving me the form to sign, I signed same and he took that and the maintenance agreement that I brought with me. I then asked him if I could get a copy of the paperwork to which he responded “No, I have to send both of these back” at which point I walked away disgusted with his attitude, this is poor customer service, apparently once the deal is made, you become an annoyance if you’re not satisfied with some aspect of the deal, even when your paperwork indicates you can cancel that aspect. How difficult is it to make a copy of the paperwork to give to a customer without giving attitude? Anyway, I contacted Vince and was assured he would get me copies and if not for Vince, I probably would go to another dealership when this lease is up.

But then i tried again for the 2020 and i got Instantly approved i was supper happy first time ever getting a brand new car and the Rep John Dunn was such a awesome person i wasn’t forced into anything i made all the decisions although this process took about 8 hours i was completely satisfied.. lastly my payments are not ridiculously high and they paid off my other loan i had from somewhere else.. I know many folks that work here and have treated me well however the service department was rude and not helpful. The one man talked down to me like I was dumb when I had a simple question. I paid over $400 for a 60k mile check and 3 weeks later my engine seized in rush hour traffic on route 73. I have kept up with all maintenance and have only had the car for two years. This is the second car my family has bought from here and both have had major engine problems. The one has been in and out of the shop since it was purchased and my vehicle, a 2013 Hyundai Tucson is now in for a whole new engine. Somethings not right here. I got lucky because I purchased the extended warranty but I have also spent well over $400 on rental cars to get to and from work. This shouldn’t be this big of an issue especially when I have the extended warranty. I’m out over $800 and though the salesman were great here they seem to be selling some messed up vehicles. Though I didn’t know anything was wrong with my car, I was told that any mechanic that worked on my car within the last 2 months would have known immediately that something was off as soon as they started it but no one said a thing. Disheartening that no one would even mention it to me to have checked out.
