House paws… I can not thank you enough. We knew you weren’t a hospital but my girl needed a dr fast. Dr Ben & his team preformed a literal miracle today. I don’t have to words to thank the staff in there today. & to the tech Josh who didn’t leave my girls side the whole time we were there, rubbing her and trying to keep her calm and comfortable…. You are amazing. Thank you all so so so much.

I could not recommend this team MORE to anyone! They are caring and reasonable with their pricing. The home visit was easy and they did everything they needed to do right in my living room where my dog was the most comfortable. We have been going to House Paws for years. They are awesome! We've seen Dr Pitt, Dr Matt, and today we saw Dr Eddie. They are all very knowledgeable and all of the staff are very good at calming our cats. Highly recommend!!

The only reason I still go to House Paws is Dr.Matt. He is absolutely wonderful!! I had a horrible experience with House Paws when my 13 1/2 year old German Shephard had an episode. I dealt with Angel and Nicolette and they were both uncaring and not helpful in any way. The final outcome is I lost my beautiful fur baby and I will never forgive or forget the treatment I received from these two individuals. My heart is broken and I would never go back to House Paws but I absolutely LOVE Dr. Matt. My sincere hope is that he starts his own practice at which time I would never set foot in House Paws again. I absolutely do not recommend them.

From the second I inquired via their website On Sunday, I received response on same day from Emily, care coordinator. She was careful and considerate to our needs.I called Wednesday for an appointment after my dog’s condition worsened. I spoke to Erica, another care coordinator, immediately worked hard to rearrange their schedule and accommodated us today Thursday. On time, Dr. Rob and his assistant was gentle and kind and put me at ease.I could not ask for anything better. If this is any indication on how well my dog was treated, I will definitely consider using House Paws in the future.

I can't say enough good things about this practice. Top notch customer service. Excellent care! I was given clear information and options for my pets health. The Vet Docs are great along with a great beside manner, is very organized and thorough. It's a great feeling knowing your pets are in such good hands!
