I’m in LOVE with my NEW FLOOR! If you’re in need of flooring, this is place you want to purchase from! I had flooring installed throughout the entire downstairs of my home today. Rich said that his installers would be there this morning, and that they would be finished by the afternoon. I was skeptical because it was 4 rooms, a bathroom, and 2 closets— but, the floor was installed and the work area was spotlessly clean by mid-afternoon. The best part is: IT’S ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS! Thank you Rich’s Carpet One.

Rich's Carpet just completed the tear-out and install of a CORE-TEC luxury vinyl product throughout my whole downstairs. Rich was very easy to work with and extremely fair throughout the process. His install crew, lead by Mynor, treated my house as if it was theirs and was very careful not to damage anything during the tear-out and the installation of the new flooring went seamlessly and all was nearly completed in just ONE day! Mynor and his crew certainly know their craft and were fantastic to work with. They took care of every aspect of the job from moving furniture to installing the shoe moulding to even cleaning the floors at the end. Thanks Rich!!

We came into the store because their install dates were sooner. We had found a beautiful carpet from a different store, their install dates were very far out , which is the only reason we attempted to find something here. When we came into the store with the sample (it was a beautiful thick plush expensive carpet) and told the three people behind the counter, doing nothing, they stared at us. I asked if we should just look ourselves and then one woman came to help us. She initially tried to direct us to the remnants before realizing our space was too large for remnant. She then proceeded to show us cheap carpet that didn’t come close to comparing to the sample we brought in. The other lady behind the counter then directed us to the value section at the front of the store- none of which clearly compared. When my husband asked if they had anything comparable the lady said,”well we do but it’s not cheap”. He responded with, “did we ask for cheap carpet?” We asked for beautiful heavy carpet. At no point did we indicate any budget restriction. We simply wanted the same beautiful carpet, just installed in a more timely manner. Thanks for nothing Rich’s we’ll take our money elsewhere. Perhaps instead of 3 people standing around avoiding assisting customers, time might be better spent training staff in customer service without prejudice.

I had flooring put in last Friday. I live in an old house and there are several imperfections. Wesley came in and made all those imperfections disappear. What was very old looks new! Beautiful job! Wesley is truly an asset to the business. I have used Rich’s also for my carpeting and would highly recommend. People are very friendly and accommodating.

This is my second experience working with Rich's Carpet One. The whole process from start to finish is professional and to the client's satisfaction. The installers are excellent. They moved the furniture and returned everything back to its place when the job was completed. They cleaned up after each day's work and vacuumed when they were finished. The floors are beautiful, and I will return to Rich's next time around!

This is not our first experience with Rich's Carpet One, so we are repeat customers. We recently had wood floors installed in 2 bedrooms. They arrived promptly, moved all the furniture out of the room, ripped up carpets, installed wood floors. It took a majority of the day, but that is to be expected. The installers were courteous, friendly, and proficient. Fabulous, well done job!
