I always had great experiences but today (07/27/2022) Receptionist was very rude. It took her more than 15-20 mins to register me. Made me wait for almost 45 mins. She said she couldn’t find my dr. name. Later found out that result was send to some other doctor. Very irresponsible. Won’t be going to this lab station any more.

While this location is convienent, I would rather drive 10 miles out of my way than go to this Labcorp. I have been to this location a handful of times. Each time it is a different rude, disrespectful, uncaring person. What about the individual who is scared to have blood drawn? Or the person who has recently been diagnosed with an illness. A little customer service and care would be nice.

I was taken right in for my appointment. The receptionist was very nice. The lady who drew my blood was rude and short with me, but she did get it first try.

I always go to this location! The staff is super friendly, Quick, and helpful! They never made me feel bad for arriving right before closing. They were just really quick, kind, and professional! ...even gave me a cute minions bandaid when I got blood drawn 😆

I have been going there for the last 3 years as part of cancer treatment. The staff is professional and very nice. I have never had to wait more than 30 minutes if I've had an appointment or not.

Jenna was absolutely amazing and patient with my extremely anxious son..( And mama.) She went above and beyond to make sure my son was calm and didnt need to worry, she talked to him the entire time and even sang songs with him. Im so glad I was referred to go to this location.

Today i had walk-in for my blood work. I didn't have any wait time may be because of going on weekday and at 3 PM. Very good staff both receptionist and the nurse. Received well with friendly gesture and smile. The office is in the same building where i had my annual health checkup. That also helped.

Most amazing staff. I love the ladies who work the regular work days they are hard workers and have the best personalities. Anyone complaining about wait times should maybe step back and think that in your job to some days things get hecktic and you get behind but rest ashure these ladies do everything they can to get everyone taken care of as quickly as they can in a healthy and safe manner. They are taking in appointment and non appointment clients, if people aren't in the system it takes a little longer to check someone in. If someone is late this backs someone up. I also saw someone complain about them taking lunch. This small facility is only run by two women that see probable a hundred sometimes more a day. I don't know about you but I would like the people sticking my arm or giving my shot to be able to eat and take a rest. They do an amazing job. At the other labcorps you now have to deal with a computer and your lucky if you can get anyone to help you at a window. So please give these ladies and this staff the credit they deserve.

The two ladies that did my blood test were really nice and bubbly. It was easy to see that they enjoy their job, and that they enjoy working together. Their personalities and funny comments distracted me from the needle, and made the blood test painless.

Waited 40 minutes for simple blood work. Then another 20 for her to put in my information. Never have I had to wait this long for blood work at any lab corp. AND I had an appointment. Very unprofessional. No privacy while blood is being drawn. Open room to the waiting room. Had a child walking in and out of my room while getting blood drawn. Do yourself a favor and go to any other lap corp office but this one!!!!!
