My family and I were shopping around for a new bed and one for our son. Not only did we find the perfect choice(s) because of their employee, Marianne, she also helped us get a great deal! Marianne was AMAZING, and gave us all of her attention, not to mention she seemed unbothered by all three of our kids. Listening to all of our sleep issues and laying on most of the beds in this store, Marianne helped us make the best choice! 5/5 stars for amazing customer service and a great price!

My husband and I came in looking for a new mattress today for the first time, not really knowing exactly what we needed. Marianne helped us, and she was just lovely! She patiently took the time to help us figure out what worked best for both of us, explained things clearly, and was not pushy at all for us to make a decision. Sales expert Sam patiently showed me the perfect bed and adjustable base for a great price when I didn’t even know what I was looking for. He went to great lengths to help me set up a delivery time that would accommodate my unusual work schedule, he was very patient and understanding of my circumstances in general. This was the most stress free shopping experience I’ve had for a major purchase. Sam was knowledgeable about the products but also first addressed my specific needs. He didn’t try to oversell. He let me try out the beds/pillows and find one that not only worked for my comfort level but also my pocketbook - even giving me discounts I didn’t ask about. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for new bed options.

Spencer was very helpful. I told him what my price range wanted and he pulled a number of mattresses from the stock and allowed me to try out as many as I needed to. Spencer was great to talk to. I enjoyed my interaction with him throughout the whole process from choosing the mattress to the final sale. He even set up the delivery on the day that I wanted the mattress to arrive. I had a very good shopping experience. I was helped by Ray at the Lacey location on Marvin Road/Martin Way. He had a lot of knowledge about the products and provided great suggestions based on my specific requirements. I arrived at the store during the last hour before closing and Ray had no problem being there past the scheduled closing time. Excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend this store and this salesperson/sleep expert to others.

Dennis at the Mattress Firm was a pleasure to buy from. He is very knowledgeable about the products. He did start off with the high end mattresses. When I explained my budget he gave me good choices in the budget. He guided us to try out mattresses and worked with me to have it delivered in another state.

We bought two box springs and a mattress today. Dennis helped us out and he and the other gentleman (I can't for the life of me remember his name) were so amazing!
