Love the pharmacists, especially Vicky she’s always super nice and helpful. However, there is one pharmacy tech that always has an attitude. I came on multiple occasions and this girl is the least helpful person I have ever met. I came in the drive through to pick up my medicine and noticed that they sell allergy otc stuff through the drive through now and asked her if I can also get cortisone cream to which she responded “well, it’s not here like I would have to go look for it.” Im sorry I’m inconveniencing you? Second time I came in today, same girl same nasty attitude. She gave me the total and one of the prescriptions wasn’t covered so I asked if there was a coupon they could use to which she replied “well it’s a generic for Xyzal so you can just buy that one.” Then I asked if she could check if there were any coupons to which she simply did not reply. I then looked up a coupon myself and handed her my phone. The whole time I just had to wait in the drive through, not to mention then when I tried to grab my phone back from the little dispenser drawer she closed it before I even got a chance. Absolutely zero communication. I waited for about 15 minutes while cars were behind me because it didn’t occur to her to mention to come back around and my phone was stuck in the dispenser drawer the whole time.As a former pharmacy tech I know the job is stressful and it can get to you, but this isn’t a first time.

the lead pharmacist is very rude and really does not know how to speak to customers. i was calm and respectful with her and she wasn’t even able to explain what the problem with my prescription was.

The worst pharmacy ever . They stay having an attitude as if they don’t want to do their job. I’m not understanding why the customer has to argue with them to get a prescription filled, or transferred from another CVS. I have an issue every time I need meds for my daughters or myself. The young lady was trying to fill my prescription without my insurance and did not know what she was doing. The technicians need better training for their job and customer service.

There's always an issue at this pharmacy They don't care if you need your medicine or not Very lazy unhelpful people. Closes too early or computer us down or just closed for no reaso!! If they have 15 or 20 minutes left before they closed they say they can't do anything for you. But they sure can call you a million times trying to get you to pay for 3months of meds. What a joke.

I called the pharmacy and for almost an hour, not one associate answered. Like there really isn’t no point of having a phone at this pharmacy. They need to do better while assisting customers.

Went into st George ave linden New Jersey store very organized with coupons that were not expired from Cvs I spent about 1 1/2 hours looking for everything on my list that matched the coupons. Went to check out the coupons said void. The total was $303. I almost passed out. Gather girl called the manager. I had to take everything out of my cart and redo them with the coupon next to it as she rang it up. After so many items she could not scan anymore items or coupons. She called the manager he said to pay what I have because they can’t take anymore coupons. Informed him I had a 25% total my sale coupon, I want on these items. He could not scan it. Again he said pay this amount and we will do the rest on another transaction but I would not get the 25% off total sale coupon on that sale After being at the register for a half hour having them re ring everything up and matching coupons with items. Then I had to hear this. I took the coupons and said I will never come to linden cvs again (on st George.). I told them I never had trouble in rahway on st George ave. I had to leave everything that took me so long to find. I stormed out spitting bullets. Went to the cvs on Rahway. Told this man in the store that worked there what happened. He was so sweet to me. Then another worker helped me find my items. I went to the cashier the man said I’ll take care of her. He was the manager. He said the manager in the linden store just didn’t want to work with you on this issue. But guess what there was no problem with the sale. I had everything I needed and I walked out of Rahway very happy. Plus it was over $125. Like I expected not $303. I called the linden store and told the girl who helped me. I was not blaming her. I am blaming her idiot manager there. He can’t chew gum and pat his head at the same time. He is a blooming idiot. He had to be the worse manager I ever encountered in any store. To have me take all that out and re ring it first then tell me there was a limit on my coupons. Omg. He needs to be replaced.

I scheduled an appointment for flu shot at 7pm waited like 20 minutes and the woman in the pharmacy didn’t attend me. Made me waste my time and at the end I had to leave because she was attending other customer. What’s the point of scheduling an appointment?? Bad customer service form the pharmacy

The pharmacy staff is very good with the exception of Ellen. Not trying to pick on her but she’s bad at what she does. Maybe ok with knowledge of medicine, but her customer service absolutely sucks. Vicky is very helpful. Ellen I feel goes out of her way to make you feel miserable. She purposely made me wait 2 days for my script to be filled. When she had been authorized to fill it for me. She’s not going to help you. Wait until the afternoon at 3 to deal with Vicky instead of her. Avoid her at all costs
