the site manager Peter was so helpful and professional! Unfortunately this storage facility isn't close to my home so I had to cancel my rental and he was very patient and understanding! Highly recommend this place if you live close to the area!

Facility is clean and well maintained. Pete at the front office is friendly and efficiently gets you set up and into your unit hassle free. As a female who frequents the storage unit alone; sometimes very early mornings or after dark, I always feel safe. Pricing is better than other facilities and there are no hidden fees. Could not be easier or more convenient. So glad I chose this facility for my storage needs! :)

I was finally moving out and shipping out things. Peter, the manager, couldn't have been more helpful. He quickly processed the paperwork and also helped me to rent a much smaller space. All in all it was smooth and friendly.

Pete, the manager, is a very nice and professional person to work with. He made the entire sign-up, move in process very smooth and efficient. The facility is clean and well maintained with plenty of carts to make moving in and out very convenient, all at a fair rate. I only wish they had cheaper options on the monthly insurance. But it is a good facility run by a great guy. I highly recommend.

Horrible. I've been with extra space for 10 years. This location for 4 years. They doubled my rent so I was a month and a half behind. Made a payment last week. Told him I will be back next Friday "today" . Sure no problem, nothing was said. Took the money. Calls me yesterday, the day before we spoke about me squaring up. Well they tacked on another 150 bucks. Very displeased. Point is don't make any payments unless it's in full. They want your money and to sell your stuff. Doesn't matter how long you been there or the circumstances. You were on a Ventilator for 6 weeks. Too bad should have gotten up and out. Let me clear That's not what happened in this situation but there are circumstances. Again don't make good faith payments. You fall behind sat good bye. They tack on hundred every few days. My fault I was late but i was doing the right thing. They aren't, I accept the late fees. But not an additional 150 on top of late fees . He did this on purpose

I went in to help a repeat customer loading up the storage unit over the weekend. The first thing I noticed was how friendly, professional, and helpful the Manager (Mr. Pete) was. After using the (conveniently located) flatbeds to unload the boxes we had, I immediately noticed how clean and maintained the facility was. Needless to say, this is a no brainier for any future storage needs I may have. I highly recommend this location.

Peter and his crew are running a great storage unit! Clean, safe, easy access, and most of all personal service. I have had a storage unit here for several years, and have always been very pleased with everything. The team is easy to work with. Would highly recommend!
