The lady was very rude to us (08/06/2022). After waiting on the line for an hour and we were told that they ran out of cars and sent to another location. In that location, they tried to charge us $500 more than original "confirmed" amount for no reason. (insurance and unlimited milage were already included in the original amount). I showed them the confirmation email from Avis, but no luck. Stay away at all cost!

Disappointed, rude stuff, they don’t care- not helping at all when you need help… zombie people when you ask for help they said , ITS NOT MY PROBLEM!!!! I’m done renting from Avis

The Lodi location has the best inventory and better prices than our local Avis locations. Kim is the best. Very best at customer service and is pleasant to interact with. We go back every year even tho it is a bit if a hike.

Kim was amazing and so accommodating! Just be extra nice sometimes and people also show you they can help you. I did not get my bill yet but I arranged to drop rental at airport and have only $6 fee plus tools per day! Received nice suv also perfect for all this rain! Thanks Kim. Cimone Campbell

Very disappointed. Reservation was pre-paid with my credit card, under my wife’s name. They would not let her get a car without my presence - had to take an extra trip myself. Reservation email does not say that specific card must be used. Impossible to reach out either this location or 800 customer service by phone. Total disrespect of the customers - avoid like a plague

Did confirmation online called before going asked if there was anything I needed to be have a hassle free pick up was told no just credit card and drivers license. I bring drivers license and credit card (not prepaid 7500$ limit) lady takes my card and drivers license and goes online and looks up my credit card to see if it is prepaid. She then asks me I tell her no it’s not prepaid it’s a visa credit card she says she can’t take it because it’s prepaid (which it’s not) I then give her my capital one credit card (4500$ limit)and she says I have to call my manager to confirm she comes back and tells me hey can’t rent me the car because I have an out of state drivers license? I was stereotyped and denied service and had my reservation canceled… if your not white or look privileged don’t come here even if you got money they won’t care

Easy, quick, and smooth rental pick up and drop off. Kim is truly amazing and goes above and beyond. Her customer service mannerisms and skills are exceptionally great! Will definitely book a rental again in the future!

Kim did a phenomenal job with getting our car to us on time and making sure our process was very smooth. She also set a wonderful atmosphere of gladness which made our few minutes in the office awesome.

Zero customer service! Zero customer help! Zero explanation! The lady at the front desk is extremely unpleasant. She doesn't show appreciation for customers. This was my second time when I tried to rent there. First time, bad experience. Rude and unprofessional. I said to myself " it's ok maybe she's having a bad day. We all do". I gave her another chance and OMG what a mistake. I'm after a car accident, in pain and need a car for at least a month. When I got there, the car wasn't available or ready. Which is somewhat ok. She managed to provide something similar. When we got to paperwork, it turned out that some extra security or verification is needed. She asked for passport ( who is carrying passport on daily basis?!) When asked why, I was told that the system is asking for it! No further info, no further explanation given. NOTHING!!!!! So here I am, no car, no explanation, Zero appreciation. Lady! Please retrain yourself. Based on my experience and previous reviews, you will loose this business. Smile, appreciate and treat people as you would like to be treated!!!! Because of customers like us, you have a job! HIGH NO NO for this place!!!!!!
