I went to this store, for the second time. The employees are useless! I asked to have my phone looked at, because it was not charging. The girl told me to go to another store. Why are they there? The worst customer service ever!

I don’t know what the hell is happening to this store. What happened to the old staff?? I remember Yousif and Sam were the best people there that were helpful. I called the store to see if they had a phone in stock for my dad and the woman on the phone was extremely rude. Then my parents went in and idk who the owners are but now you have to transfer everything on your own and staff members can’t help you anymore? Also they don’t give you chargers with any phone you buy now?? Like seriously why is this store so sketchy. I wouldn’t go here. My parents asked for a woman’s name to obviously give a bad review and she refused while everyone is wearing their name tag and this person wasn’t. Everything is mad sketchy now just don’t go here.

My name is Alaina I was going through a terrible situation and had to get my phone changed over to my own account Drew was kind courteous knowledgeable and extremely caring towards my situation he set me up took care of everything and helped me walk out of the store barely spending a dime I walked in dealing with a situation that was greatly affecting my safety and walked out feeling at peace for the first time in weeks. Horrible customer service! There is a customer service representative working at the front desk that is beyond rude and disrespectful! She has two blonde ponytails and wear glasses. She has absolutely no customer service skills and is extremely unhelpful! She started yelling at me telling me that she is too busy with a store full of customers to help me with my concern. I expressed to her that she was being rude and she continued to yell at me in front of other customers. She should not be allowed to work directly with T-mobile customers or anyone in the public for that matter.

Absolutely terrible customer service here. I stopped in here around 1pm on a Thursday. I noticed that an employee was just standing there watching out the store window and saw me pull in to a parking spot in front of the store and get out. As I walked towards the store, I saw him and another employee leave the front of the store and walk into an 'employees only' room in the back. Can't say it was because of me, but it just seemed weird. Upon entering, there was no greeting or anything. There are two other employees in the store helping customers. I was standing around for 5 minutes and not one person said anything to me. No reassurance that "Someone will be right with you" or anything at all. The other two employees never came out of the back room. I decided to stop wasting my time and I left. Save yourself a headache and head over to the other T-Mobile store that is about a minute away in the Old Bridge Gateway shopping plaza. I have always had great customer service experiences at that particular location.

The girl in the store was extremely helpful not like them pukes that are up at the kiosk who only care about making money and no care about the customer whatsoever I think corporate needs to do something about these kiosk

I rarely write reviews but I had to write one for this location. Our customer rep Raychel C greeted us with a smile from the first moment. Our upgrade to our phones was complicated from beginning until end but Raychel made the experience easier and more relaxed. Constantly apologizing for the long wait even though it was not her fault because of unforeseen circumstances. Raychel was pleasant, friendly and very patient and professional. We look forward to working with her again once our phones come in. Keep up the good work Raychel! Also Raychels manager, Mai was very helpful and patient! Thanks again to the entire team!
