She was thorough without being pushy or too much. She was helpful with describing sales, discounts and financing. Just bought a mattress at Mattress Firm in Pennington. We worked with Jeff Cheng and he was knowledgeable, professional, and engaging. He listened carefully for what we were looking for, shared ideas to consider and helped us to choose the perfect mattress for our needs. Jeff went above and beyond and supplied a disposable paper pillow cover when I showed hesitation in putting my head on the pillow. The store was clean too! Good transparent sales person! The sales person found me the best mattress in my budget on sale and adjusted the price to help meet my budget. Was able to get it delivered in a day for free and have my old mattress taken away for a very low reasonable price.

The best, most efficient mattress buying experience I’ve ever had. I’ve purchased mattresses in store, online store and online Amazon. All experiences have their benefits but I must say I got the blended benefits of buying a memory foam, no coil, in the box mattress in the store from a human being in under 30 minutes with free delivery practically next day, on a Saturday morning with a 2 hour window. And, I didn’t have to even ask for any oof that that. Jeff offered as if it was a given. He also gave me mattress protectors for $15 each and the mattresses were 50% off and he had them in stock in the warehouse. Here I was sitting in the car debating whether to order from Amazon or somewhere else online because I didn’t want to walk in the store. Little did I know I got exactly what I needed delivered exactly when I really needed it for a great buy-a better deal than online:)
