Normally love this place...cool trinkets. Standing outside now at 10:30am...closed still. Google says they opened at 10am. No signs on the door reflecting hours either. Not a good business practice.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT THIS STORE! My 3year old daughter accidently broke something and was forced to pay for it. The item was glass ceramic and the store associated did not even ask if my daughter was ok! Very cold, no compassion. My daughter was very upset and crying! Plus to make things worse they bagged the broken item up and gave it to us in a bag to take home! Unbelievable! This item probably cost the store $7/$10 dollars max. This is why stores have insurance to cover situations like this, not to nickel and dime customers.
