FYI … many doctors refuse to use lab corps due to lost specimens and inaccurate results… that’s why hospitals use their own labs for results particularly for chemotherapy treatments.

Answering machine claims your call is important to them, but after four calls and messages they couldn’t return any. Staff is mediocre here on Goffle Rd. I’ll try the Kingston Labcorp next time.

This was my sons first time getting blood work done! He was sooo scared. I didn’t catch the woman’s name who took his blood but she was very nice talked him through it the entire time! Very good experience

Best place to go for bloodwork. The women that work there are SO friendly and accommodating. Office is always very clean and well kept. Won't go anywhere else.

We scheduled appointments for the kids first thing in the morning. Booking online was easy and check-in was automated and simple. They do accept walk-ins. We were seen on time and left ahead of schedule. Melanie was absolutely wonderful with both kids - they didn't even flinch. The facility itself was clean and comfortable. We were very happy overall with the entire experience.

I have four children ages 4-11 and I dread routine bloodwork, but the staff here made it so enjoyable. The Front desk person and Phlebotomist were excellent. I was in and out, they only gently jabbed my children once and got the veins right away. God bless these workers for helping me overcome my fears of getting bloodwork for all of my children done at once.

I took my 6 year old daughter to get blood work yesterday, the male technician that perfectly and painlessly did her bloodwork last time wasn't there, so when we were doing the paperwork I asked at the front desk for him (Sanjeev), they first told me "he isn't here today" needless to say I wasnt happy because he has a special way with children. They then tell us to go into the back room to get the blood drawn, the younger female tech comes in and tried to quickly out the rubber band on her are and then takes it right off and says "I have to get a co-worker", we are waiting about 10 minutes and another female tech comes in, she tells me (Sanjeev) went to a different labcorp location. she wound up hurting my daughter's arm as she poked her more than once and now her arm is black and blue and is decently bumped, if you are a good phlebotomist you would be able to get it right, painlessly the first time with no after marking.

The lab tech Jasenia was absolutely amazing. She’s incredibly sweet and hard working to make sure everyone is taken care of and seen as soon as possible. The office is understaffed and Lab Corps would do well to bring more people in to help their employees. It’s not the first time I’ve witnessed how busy of a place it is and how quickly they try to work. Will go back, but hope they bring more staff in.

I brought my 7 year old in for a quick blood/urine test. Initially, we were treated respectfully and taken in very quickly, by Jasenia. That is, until she missed my son's vein with the needle, causing his arm to swell and bruise, and had to give him a second shot in his other arm to finally draw the blood. However, accidents happen. I'm only taken aback by the fact that she tried to blame her mistake on US, saying it must be because my son hadn't drank enough liquid yet today, then even going as far as saying he looked pale, asking several times if he was ok or if he felt dizzy, and instructing him not to stand for a minute so he doesn't pass out. To be clear: my son drank an adequate amount of water leading up to this visit, did NOT look pale, was NOT dizzy, and even expressed to me that he noticed Jasenia was acting weird after she missed his vein. To simplify: the girl made a mistake, and I'm not mad at her for it. But blaming us for her mistake, is more than a little insulting, and absolutely unprofessional.

Sanjiv was amazing! I didn't have a hardcopy of my prescription because my doctor emailed it to me, and even though this black girl and another lady was saying I have to get it and come back, he made the one time exception to have it emailed to him to get it printed! I have been a customer service manager for years, and Sanjiv embodies what true customer service is! He also did my blood work! I always use the butterfly because I hate needles, and he reassured me it will be fine and much quicker with the regular size, and sure enough it was! He made the visit quite relaxing!
