Stop Been lie to us every time we try to take truck from this location Manager You break our contract as always I came with the reservation you cancel it I try to take 5 trucks for lease from here You took my phone number you said I will share to leases department but ,after I went out from this location you throw my phone numbers out You take everything on personal Penske were trust you . they think you bring profits Unfortunately they don’t know that you take everything as a personal if you don’t like the customers you just rejecting his contract But those Customer bring more profit one of them Our company since last year you gave us a hard time I hope top manager will see my message and I have the proof for each time you reject our contract Hopefully I will share it to the top manager

This place is great if you need a repair they get you in and out but if you need fuel be prepared to wait 30 minutes for service with no line

Incompetent. They are unable to troubleshoot a malfunctioning DC outlet. I am not getting power to two different devices. The devices work in other DC outlets. The "technician" came to my truck and stuck a test instrument in the outlet. He got lights. I don't know if was a continuity check, current or voltage test. But he concluded that the outlet was okay. He actually surmised that something was wrong with the adapter from my radio, even though it was working with another outlet. This guy does not have the skill for this job. He gave up and walked away. They are unwilling and unable to look any further into the issue. What a waste of my time. Maybe it's best that he didn't go any deeper into this minor repair after all.

It’s totally unprofessional, Mis-guided and any lack of the line of communication this facility has with each other that leads to such terrible service. The incompetence to such servicemen and women that ensures guaranteed on time pickup of a vehicle just to wait over an hour to find a contract then keys. The lack of diversity with the consistency of lazy attitude amongst the round crew is one I wouldn’t want anyone to experience. I’m truly disappointed in how a company that turns union exerts more disfunction and confusion and leaves clients to such pity for them. Swedesboro sucks

Rented good clean truck with no hassles. Customer service was excellent. Pleasant articulate people to deal with. Very accomodating and will be on top of my list for another rental in very near future. Highly recommend based on my experience.
