Poor customer service!! Pulled up to pump to be fueled sat for 30 mins after i called for them twice from their booth like instructed. Called the number given through the site and get an attitude from the service guy when i said i am at the fuel pump waiting. If someone is not here i shouldn’t get an attitude from the employee when i pay their wages!!!

Poor management and poor customer services at all levels. Very unprofessional staff, no commitment to Ryder promisses and values. They really let customer down big time. We’ll only use them again for lack of options in NJ. They made us look foward for the end of this lease with Ryder.
