I would like to share the negative and rude experience my husband and I received at the UPS Store located at 1113 Murfreesboro Rd Ste 106 in Franklin, TN. My husband and I needed to mail some frozen products overnight. After calling several UPS stores, we knew that we needed dry ice for this mailing. On this day trying to locate dry ice was a difficult however we were finally able to acquire the dry ice. I had called the UPS Store located at 1113 Murfreesboro Rd Ste 106 to verify that the mailing process was the same as what was explained to me earlier in the day. The female on the phone explained that the process would be the same but that I would need to be at the store before 6:30 PM because the truck would be picking up packages at 7:00 PM. Upon arriving at the 1113 Murfreesboro Rd Ste 106 location around 4:20 PM we explained to a male clerk that we had talked with a woman over the phone about mailing the frozen products. The male clerk turned to a lady clerk who was sitting on a counter. The lady addressed me by name with remembrance of the previous phone call to say, “yea well I’m sorry but due to the holiday the truck would not be running today” and that I would need to come back tomorrow morning. I was so taken back by the blatant lie that I thanked her and left the store. Once I got in the car to leave, I called the UPS Store #2891 location at 2000 Mallory Lane Ste 130 to ask if they would be able to mail the frozen products for me. The man answering that call was extremely courteous and professional to offer options for this overnight mailing on this very SAME day. I will say upon arrival at the UPS Store #2891 location at 2000 Mallory Lane Ste 130 my husband and I received kind, personal, and professional service. KUDOS to Chandler at the UPS Store #2891 location at 2000 Mallory Lane Ste 130 location. I must say from the short rude and negative experience by this female clerk at the UPS Store at 1113 Murfreesboro Rd Ste 106 location, this woman almost contaminated my opinion of UPS. I do regret that I did not get the lady clerk’s name, but she was condescending and seemed to take pride that I would not be able to mail my package this day. For this reason, she should be retrained in customer service or replaced entirely.

I was charged 3 bucks for printing shipping label from the computer. However the receipt read computer usage per hour. IT tech could have easily introduced a new feature for their business and call it paper printing as opposed to computer usage and charge customer very little amount of money than hefty 3 bucks for just a piece of paper print. FedEx is a lot better in offering services to consumers than this. I will never visit UPS again.

Great location to get a mailbox. We opted to get one here over a PO Box while making our move to Tennessee and it was fantastic. They held our packages for us and we were alerted when our items arrived- 5 out of 5 stars for friendly service.

Going to the UPS store can be a little daunting, especially during the holidays. Yet, today was a true JOY! This location was inviting, cheerful, well organized, and incredibly efficient! I have never been in a store where there is an associate at the door behind a desk qualifying customers for services. It was amazing. Thank you for providing great service.

This store has lost three of my packages in less than three years. When confronting them about the lost packages, they give you lip service, but don't actually fix the problem. The first two lost packages eventually made it back to the store (due to putting the wrong mailbox sticker on my package and giving it to someone else who ended up returning it to the store, and the other - Lord knows how it showed up), and the third I'm still waiting for them to find (shipper shows it was signed for) TEN DAYS LATER. Also, you can't file a claim with UPS, because UPS stores are individually owned franchises - so you're at the mercy of the store owner.

Really enjoyed my experience at this location due to the amazing customer service provided by Joe. He went above and beyond to help me get my packages to their location on time. I will definitely go out of my way to go back to this store and ask for him when I do!

I totally like this place. Not only is it convenient to our home, I have never had anything but great service from these people and it is always a quick in and out. They accept Amazon returns, and they make it so easy. Well staffed with a crew that seems like they want to help. Other than send or return packages, I have not used any of their other services. But I have seen that they offer mailboxes, faxing, banners, shredding, and other office and business related things. Give this place a try, I think you'll like them.

I use this UPS store frequently & have had nothing but excellent service. Always courteous & helpful. I requested copies & had specific detailed instructions. Ery helped me with the order & when I returned, the order was perfect. She was extremely efficient & super nice. I will make this my "go-to" store for sure.
