For absolutely no reason you should ever buy something here. All the "wood" is fake. Nothing but particle board covered in laminate. And the Arab guys here will swear on their mother and their children that it's real wood. Once you call them to complain they will say you where never there. They want you to buy everything cash for that reason. Plus their card machine is "always" broken but they will give you an amazing discount if you pay cash. 100% scam.

My mom buy on August a new room set and until this day she never received anything. A storm happened and roof collapse, they say on November everything will reopen and to this day nothing. I call and the number doesn't work and now they don't answer their email it's more than $1,000.00 that she spend there. I want a refund back or I will sue since I gave you more than 1 opportunity to deliver the set room. I still have the receipt.

Under no circumstances should you buy furniture from this store. We ordered Ashley furniture online in September 2020 because Ashley did not have the couch and loveseat we wanted in stock. As it turns out neither did this store. Took our money and did not communicate at all about delays. Impossible to get on the phone and when you did, they had trouble finding the order. No response to email. Finally got furniture delivered at the end of January. Furniture was fine for a couple of months and then the couch started to break. Called & emailed no response. Called Ashley because they have a one-year warranty on the furniture but they told me that I had to go through the store it was purchased from. Got one guy on the phone who said there was only a 30-day warranty. I told him Ashley had a 1 year warranty but we had to go through them. He asked me to send pictures. Never heard from them again. I'm at the point now where I simply have to replace my furniture after less than a year. I can't emphasize enough - do not do business with this store. They get 1 star from me only because I can't give them 0 stars.

Daughter purchased a bedroom set there and before delivery could occur the last big storm here damaged the store, collapsing the roof, forcing the store to close. This is something totally out of their control and understandable. What is in their control and has no excuse is their lack of communication with customers still waiting for their PAID orders. Phone calls and emails go unanswered. I think it's time to start making some calls to some city officials. Truly sorry for what happened to your store. Not sorry at all for the horrible communication you have with your customers.

I strongly do not recommend. Do not purchase from here. Rip off is an understatement. I purchased a bedroom set at $1600 ( special deal) and later found the same bedroom set for $1000 at another store. To make it worst, I purchased a living room set that never was delivered. I called and called, the owner reported it’ll take another week. A month later I went to the store and was denied a refund. To make things even worst I was asked to spend more money for a replacement, for living room items I never received. Please save your money & time and shop somewhere else. This place honestly does not deserve the one star!!

I bought a couch back in July and an ottoman. The couch came a couple days later and the ottoman has yet to come. I’ve called their number numerous times and it says it’s the wrong number. I come to the store and it was closed. I don’t know how you run a business with lack of information and no number to call. I need a refund on this ottoman if someone can get back to me. Shop elsewhere!

Great staff. Good prices I bought a bedroom set and got free delivery exactly and it was prompt. Even fed me pizza at the store when I came just to look at first. I recommend this place

I bought furniture a month in advance. Came time to receive the furniture and they didnt even have all of it. Then gave me a couch that is broken. Its been two weeks and still have not received my furniture or is the couch fixed. I have calles numerous times and only get a fax machine noise or a busy signal. These guys are bad news

This place has the worst costumer service ever. The manager doesn't care about costumers he is so rude, I called 7-8 times in 3 days to talk to him and nothing. I had to go there myself just to hear from him that he's not returning my furniture (which is not even assembled) and he could've said that on the phone. I would rather buy somewhere else double price with sellers who have manners than go back here to this extremely poor costumer service. Worst manager I have ever met!
