I was part of a wedding this weekend and most of the groom man's suits were measured incorrectly. The best man did not get his shirt and vest. He had to drive there to pick it up the day of. The fathers bride had to use his own pants because one leg was longer than the other. The GROOM did not get his pocket scarf. It was a mess. I wish I could give it 0 stars

Came in to buy a suit for an upcoming wedding. Salesman seemed in a rush and disinterested but figured I'd get good help anyway. Tried on the pants and they felt too tight, but the salesman said they looked right, so I trusted his judgment. They didn't have the jacket I wanted but they said that I could order it. Had me try on a different jacket for size very quickly which also felt too tight, but the salesman said it was the right fit, any larger and it wouldn't fit at the lapel. Received the jacket and tried it on at the tailor's and it was too tight at the waist such that the x-pattern crease around the top button was clearly visible. Had the tailor adjust the cuffs but there wasn't anything he could do about the waist. Salesman also didn't help me find a shirt, socks, shoes, and had to remind him that I needed a belt. I was rushed through in all of 12 minutes and the suit shows it. I have to wear this for the wedding, but it will unfortunately go straight in the trash afterwards. Will go to a custom suit shop next time instead.

Decent selection, but inventory is not tall people friendly. Giving it 3 stars because the manager gave me a weird look my entire time in there. Otherwise everything else was good.

JAKE at the Union store is the man . Customer service at it's best . I went in to purchase a shirt and tie and Jake spent more that 30 minutes to make sure I was completely satisfied with my choices. He presented me with all the available options and took his time to make sure I had the right fit and color options. Jake the complete professional.

I had a great experience from walking inside to leaving the store feeling better then I did before. The store has a rarity clothing options and I didn’t think I could find what I was shopping for, a designed suit that would fit and look perfect, however with much great help from worker Justin, finding that suite was no issue, a combination of Justin and god’s miracle, the suite that I was looking for was the last one and my perfect size and fit. Throughout the shopping and selecting of complementary articles, Justin was my right hand man in selecting a perfect outfit. I give five stars to this Men’s Wearhouse because of the variety of clothing options and for the great customer services provided by not just Justin but also the other staff members.

We had a stellar experience here. Natalie was helpful in explaining our options for getting just what we wanted for our wedding (elopement on a tight schedule). The tailor here is positively amazing! Skilled with many years of experience. I'd buy here again with confidence!

Groom's crew was suited up in perfect style thanks to Catherine McMahone. For our Labor Day weekend, groomsmen wore Vera Wang tuxedos with bow ties, suspenders and looked totally dapper! AMAZING service from start to finish!
