Have some consideration for your delivery drivers. There is no sense of urgency whenever I’ve gone to pick up an order. Too long of a wait cuts into other deliveries we could be doing to make $. Not to mention, it’s not good for the customers that are expecting their food!

The burgers are pretty good, but it is expensive. My family of 3 cost about $60. Good burgers and fries, shake was good but not worth $5.50. Over all very flavorfull, but the value is questionable.

Staff was busy, to busy to be nice, and the food was expensive, 35 and some change for 2 burgers, 2 fries, and 2 drinks.... No meal deals. The food was okay, burger toppings stacked in the middle like a mountain, fries soggy as well as half really dark brown/burnt ones. Not worth the expense over experience of food.

They literally dumped cajun seasoning all over the fries. Very nonsensical that they didn't throw away the bad batch of fries and reapplied the right amount of seasoning. If I'm spending six bucks for fries they better be spectacular. I say go to the five guys by cottonwood. They have much better service.

Best fries in New Mexico, burgers are always lacking any seasoning though. Maybe some options on mix in flavors on the fresh beef before it starts cooking. Not even salted or peppered. Pretty basic stuff I thought.

Well. We'll think about revisiting this place. Staff touching counter and other items/devices with glove covered hands then touching our food,hamburger,toppings,lettuce, onions, tomatoes onto our hamburgers,and cajun fries just shoveled into bag on top of the wrapped hamburgers. Grease from cajun fries all over bag onto my car seat. Thanks guys. For this price food was just ok. Thanks five guys.

Food was good, not great, and expensive for a burger place. You gets lots of options for burger toppings, but you could probably go out for steak instead for the same price.

We decided to go to Five guys for dinner tonight. There were about a half dozen people working and only a couple of tables dining in. We got our food fairly quick and it was just as good as always. I went up to the countecounter to ask for something. All the staff were standing around chatting. Several of them saw me and some of them smiled...then finally someone that just came back from break, stopped to ask how they could help me. That shows poor customer service, and that is why I gave the rating I did. Otherwise, I would have happily given 5 stars. Disappointing!

Great Fries, no bun option, they ask why no bun for allergy reasons. Great customer service. Great food, simple, yet complex flavour options on burgers and hotdogs. And we left a 'BroPunzle' hand drawn cartoon on their customer art corkboard, plus a green behind the ears comment, because it was our first time at Five Guys. BRAVA!
