Don't bother making an on-line appointment and being sure to arrive on time. They do not honor the appointments. When I arrived there was no one waiting. I gave them my name and the staff member checked off my appointment. About 3 minutes later another fellow walked in. A different staff member asked if he had an appointment and I distinctly heard him say "No, I just walked in". The next thing I know they call his name and direct him to a chair. Meanwhile, I am still sitting there. So I said to yet another staff member "What? You do not honor your appointments? She replied that "The computer had him next in line." and "That he had an appointment", which was clearly an outright lie! So forget that I had an appointment... say I was just a walk in. Standard practice is to take clients on a first come, first served basis. Apparently, the Great Clips Computer is not familiar with that concept. Sure, someone screwed up. No big deal... until you start lying to me. That's when I walk - and never come back. I went to a nearby local barber, which is where I should have gone in the first place! And that is where I will go in the future, because he knows the meaning of FCFS.
