I have never used FedEx to ship anything before. Somehow I was only ended up using UPS services. This one time I needed to ship my expired passport to Israeli Consulate in Houston. I didn’t have an account set up and my last name did not match on my credit card because I recently married. When I needed help, the older lady grey and purple hair said that I can use their computer to register my account. I asked for her assistance. She replied, “ I can show you how to create a shipping label, but I am not going to stand next to you”. That was very rude. I didn’t ask her anything else but to help me finish creating an account and a shipping label. There were no clients other than myself. I was very upset and just went home. Very poor quality service. People are getting paid for doing nothing.
