We have been bringing our cars into Ziebart for 8 years now and we are always happy with the quality of the work there. This time we worked with Morgan, she was so friendly and very knowledgeable about cars!! Both of our vehicles looked amazing after they detailed them and fixed imperfections in the paint and did the ceramic paint coating. I took my car into Ziebart and worked with Shane Bennett to have my windows tinted and he was extremely professional. He helped me every step of the way, and was honest, open, and transparent with pricing and expectations about everything. When I had to take my car back in to have the tint removed, I was helped by Shane Bennett again, who made the entire process of getting the tint removed seamless and it was a very quick, efficient, and a positive experience overall. Terrible workmanship. I brought my new ram to get bedliner coated. Paid a ton. They did not prep the surface and it has been peeling ever since. Also some over spray. When I tried to talk to them about it they were rude and said come back in a year for the warranty.

I wanted to share my experience I had with Ziebart Batavia. I had the pleasure of meeting Dan to discuss what I needed done with my 2022 Gladiator.He was very knowledgeable, courteous,and a pleasure to talk to. Needless to say Christian, Zach and the crew rustproofed and undercoated my vehicle. I can’t say enough what a great job they did absolutely perfect. My Gladiator looked like it just came out of the showroom when they were finished.That’s why I have taken 5 vehicles there without hesitation. Stopped in on this beautiful Saturday morning and I was directed towards a gentlemen named Steve. Looking real sharp with the dress pants and shoes combo, Steve pointed me in the right direction for what I wanted on my vehicle. He did a tremendous job explaining to me the different packages and such I could do for my vehicle. I ended up going with the rust proofing underneath the vehicle. Let me tell you , these guys did a tremendous job. Thanks to Steve for guiding me in the right direction and taking great care of me. He even offered to make me a sandwich with the loaf of wonder bread floating around his office. Now that’s what you call 5 star service !

Brought my brand new, 2022 Sierra 2500, in for undercoating and rust prevention. I took a look at it shortly after, and noticed a bunch of missed areas. Paid a fortune for this, and chose this location because China insured me they would do an amazing job, and that she would look the vehicle over herself. She promised me they would drop the spare tire and spray beneath it. They did not. They didn't even plug the holes they dropped in the doors. They did not spray in my tailgate like promised. This is a $75k truck, fresh off the lot. They don't give a $hit about you or your vehicle. There is over spray all over my white paint. Save yourself some trouble and find a different location or another company.
