the crossbay staff made everything super easy and was extremely helpful, from placing the order too explaining all the dealer details/financing. my salesman was Gary, if i could give 100 stars i would. He gave me the full time of day, made the whole process stress and headache free just an all out amazing guy. Once the bike arrived to the dealer and was ready for pickup i was out the door in 1 hour with my bike, plates, and inspection! Stanley was also extremely helpful and professional with handling all the paperwork and explaining the payment details. if anyones wants a stress free time while purchasing a motorcycle i highly recommend crossbay of bayshore!

Great experience with Crossbay Motorsports. Gary got the info on the Indian Bobber I was there to see, we went and started it up and made the deal. Stan, the finance man, was very helpful and made the process quick and easy. Rode the bike home shortly after having the insurance cards emailed to the dealership. Came in looking for a specific PWC they had available. I called before going to make sure it was still there before taking the 30+ minute drive over. Once in, I worked with Jerry, asking tons of questions. He had an answer for every single one of them. He was straightforward about pricing, charging MSRP (not over), and didn't rush me into doing something I wasn't ready to do. He even suggested other PWC's that they don't even sell at their store to let me know what else I might be interested in. Great knowledge, straightforward, and easygoing. Not much more you could ask for when making a large purchase.

I had an amazing experience here, Gary and Stanley helped me and my boyfriend out with the whole buying process. They are both very honest and genuine People. I want to say Gary might not have been working there a very long time but he is definitely a great asset to crossbay, and i hope to see him and stanley there for many many years to come so others can experience what we have here. Hi i just purchased a 2021 ninja zx6r from cross bay motor sports and it was an awesome experience. The service and how attentive everyone was at that dealer was amazing. Everything was so smooth and easy with no stress involved. Everyone was so transparent and we really appreciate how they treated us which was like family. The dealer was very presentable and all the workers were so cool and awesome. Definitely recommend anyone to buy a bike from there. Awesome experience. My husband went to Crossbay Motorsports to check out the motorcycles because he was eager to ride again. Chris helped him find the perfect bike, the 2022 Yamaha R7. The process was very quick. Stanley from the finance dept. was able to secure a loan quick. Both Chris and Stanley were very thorough with providing us with the information and details we needed to know about our finance agreement and the bike. The service is excellent and the staff is friendly. I highly recommend Crossbay Motorsports.

Dave from sales still made time on his schedule to see me and got me on my new 2020 ninja 400 can't wait to start riding so I can go back to upgrade to something even faster. Updated Feb. 2018: I pulled the trigger and got myself an ATV. Overall I am happy. Sales staff was nice, not pushy and did not try to force me to fill out a credit app until AFTER we agreed on a price and I liked that very much. They have room to haggle, and throw a lot of info at you, make sure you have an idea of what you want to pay, I could see some ppl being over charged. But with that being said I felt I got a fair deal on the ATV I wanted. I got some better pricing on the plow, winch and box while putting that all into the same deal. With my great credit score, I got some really good financing. They wrote EVERYTHING down, including all final prices, including all my extras, before I signed. Made me feel safe in the deal. Gave me copies to take home. My atv was ready a few days later after my extras got there and were installed. 1st Review Nov 2016: I didn't buy anything yet. But felt more comfortable here then at other dealers.
