Took vehicle in for trans repair. Instead Got used one put in for 3k. Back 3 times and still leaks. All 3 times the engine light was attempted to be repaired And light came back on 1/2 miles away. Last time mechanic reminded me that my inspection was due. No duh , that's why it was here .in over 4k with them now and all original problems still exist.

Nick has done a few repairs for me on my older GM vehicles. One rebuilt transmission and just this week a rear axle in our Van. He stands behind his work and uses quality parts. He's been a man of his word everytime we've gone to him. Has earned a loyal customer in me.

Called for a AC recharge and told me it was a 30 minute repair. I asked if I could get my vehicle in that same day and the lady told me no that they are closing in 1 hour... ok so what about tomorrow (Friday) she says oh we are closed the next 3 days and will be back on Monday. Meanwhile it wasn’t a holiday weekend or anything, so I couldn’t figure out why they’d close shop. It’s so hot I need AC. She said well it looks like the first opening I have available is next Thursday (a whole week!). I said bye! Whelp, they won’t be seeing my business again. Why close three days if you can’t keep up with your appointments. I could walk home from there and the work would have taken 30 minutes so what is stopping them from doing the work?

Bought a 2005 Dodge Caravan February 2018. Headgasket and so many other problems arose with vehicle. Has to go to junkyard and I only owned it for 10 months. Vehicle was a southern van and must have been one from one of the flooded areas. Less than 100,000 miles when bought and was charged 4997.00. No wonder for that price and so little miles. I thought I was buying a deal. I suggest people spend money at other locations for a vehicle.

As a us soldier, I will not recommend this . They will try to rip you off once your vehicle is in their hands so you will have not other options to get your vehicle back out of what they are asking you for repair it, first quote a price then they asked for other price, then another price, then more time to get the vehicle fixed and so on ect....... this shop is full of liers, ect. Make you a favor and take your property to a better hands . I will give them this X. This shop must not exist no more period

They are very good about keeping appointments. There is someone there to answer the phone and schedule visits. They do very good thorough work, and don't gouge you for unnecessary fixes. They are very good about telling you if something is wrong and whether it needs to be fixed right away or can wait.
