Very helpful and very communicative. I believe my associates names was Charles. He explained everything nice and clear. Didn’t speed through it like an auctioneer but yet did not take forever either. The prices for the spaces are great. I would recommend to a friend.

A few weeks ago I called to look at a few units of different sizes and Charles was so helpful. I scheduled a time to go in person. He took the time to go over the various spaces, their prices and showed me a few different units. I ended up getting it on the spot thanks to his help. I highly recommend this facility. They are clean, safe and helpful.

Charles was able to help me with everything I needed he not only got my payment to go through when my card got declined for no good reason he also was able to put in a request to get my payments lowered for all my units as well!!! Thank you so so much!!

Love the mobile entry app- My review from last year. (2021) Fast forward 2022. I have rented here for 4 years. I have had rent increases, which can be expected. After 4 years I now am paying 2x or double of what I originally rented the unit for. My social security went up by 5.9% and my storage unit went up by 25% to equal double of what I originally rented this unit for. The facility is beautiful, just recently repainted, keep clean. Still love the mobile entry app, but I have decided to move to a more competitive unit.
