I went for help to the boost in Bartow and the lady could not help me. She said call 611 on the phone and press 0. I couldn't call out of my phone so what's the point of having a person work there if they can't help you. Put a machine then.

There's only few stores in the bronx that really think about the customers satisfaction. Really enjoyed my experience at this store the big guy is very helpful and he hooked me up with a nice deal on galaxy a21. Best boost mobile in town

The manager here was very helpful to me! They're very kind and very helpful. I just came in to ask a question about my account and they talked me into upgrading lol which I didn't care because it was due!! The sales rep was very nice and they weren't like the other Boost stores I went to! These reps didn't see me as a cash grab customer. Nope, once I told them no to a specific product they didn't force it or anything else. Very respectful and courteous. 10/10 would recommend again!

Best Customer Service that anyone can ask for. Affordable phones, great people, phone service good, they helped me out by picking a phone and and since my older phone was lost and I did not remember password to my Email address the store manager himself tried every way possible to get me the access to my Email and finally got in and I was able to get in touch with my Dad on Fathers day. I totally recommend people to go and check this place out. I believe they are the best in what they are doing.

Best Boost Mobile store in the Bronx. Worth the trip They are fast and convenient and actually go by the promotions online. I have been to this store several times for different purposes (activating new line, buying new phone, and switching plans).
