I had Verizon before couple of years ago. When my company offered me free phone service I decided to leave Verizon and try out the service my company is offering for free. I decided to come back to Verizon few months ago. Even though it’s a high bill I knew coming back I’d be happy with the service. My experience when I went to this store was awful. The manager (braids with glasses) signed me up with most expensive plan when the entire time I wanted to sign up with the $80 plan. When it was time for me to sign the agreement is when I found out it’s the $90 plan when the whole time I wanted the $80 plan. I also got charged an activation fee which he said he couldn’t waive. When I left the store I noticed I couldn’t receive calls. When I went back to store I realized he didn’t even port my phone number correctly. He even laughed and said he is heading out laughing his way out of the store seeing me upset. I thought that was very rude and was not a nice person. There was a different sales guy (Josh I believe was his name) who was very knowledgeable and he was very professional and helpful. The manager I felt just wanted to rush and sign me up. He even was speaking to me like I was incompetent when I needed to update something on the my Verizon app which I was having trouble with. I didn’t like that. I had a lot of questions and he also made me feel like I was asking too many questions. He was not helpful at the all. I’ve had bad service so far. I ended up keeping the most expensive plan but not sure if he gave him a defected SIM card. My service should not be worse than when I left Verizon in 2019 when 5G UW wasn’t available. I will not go back to this store. Didn’t like my experience here. I bought back my business but I didn’t feel welcomed.

I went in to this store to get a new phone and I got a phone and an entire experience. Sales rep Josh helped me and he made it so smooth! Activation was simple and the process was quick and easy! Definitely going to stick with Verizon for my future cell phone needs !

I had the worst experience at this store on Tuesday 9/13/22. I was helped by a female sales rep and she was the worst and so was her co-worker a male with braids and glasses. They were rushing customers out the store at 6:40pm cause they close at 7pm. I came in to ask about upgrading a line and to open a new data plan and this lady was the was not helpful, her co-worker was helping a elderly couple and he kept repeating to them “You don’t understand tech, go home get some sleep and tomorrow comeback so we can help you cause we closing at 7pm and the phone call is going to take long” idc what time you close if you are helping someone you make sure you finish with them not rush what you are doing to close your store. This is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience. Avoid this store.

horrendous and rude!!!! I needed my new phone TODAY as I am going away tomorrow and I will not be in the area. I chose to "pick up" my phone instead of getting it delivered because I needed it ASAP. I specifically CALLED AHEAD at this store at Cross County. The man told me my phone was ready to be picked up. I told him, "great! I'm on my way!" The store hours online says they close at 8:30pm and the store front says it closes at 9pm. I got there at 7:20 and the doors were closed but the lights were on. 4-5 people then walk out saying they closed early. When I communicated with them my circumstance, they said they closed early bc they are short staffed. 4-5 people in a verizon store is considered short staffed now? Why didnt they tell me that over the phone? I literally CALLED THEM 15 MINUTES BEFORE GETING THERE. NO WHERE in the store front did it say they were closing early. NO WHERE online did it say they were closing early. Very shady and unprofessional to me. They were rude and laughing at the situation. Very disrespectful. I dont even want to pick up my phone from any of your workers now. Please let me know how I can change my order to be mailed to me because your customer service employees are not the kind of people I want to be giving my service to....and if you are going to close early..MAKE A SIGN & UPDATE YOUR HOURS ONLINE!

Real P.O.S. here added $40 a month in protection plans to our bill after we specifaclly said no. In addition the employee appeared to be under the influence of drugs. Explains the desperate attempt to boost his sales number. Stay away

Very patient, helpful, caring staff at this location. I am not a Verizon customer but they were willing to help me for over an hour trying to diagnose why my new unlocked phone seemed stuck to them and unable to connect to my carrier. One rep even entertained my 2 year old with paper and and a marker and even a bottle of water so she when she was getting fussy about waiting.

Came into the store and we’re told that there was a 30 min wait because of being short staffed; we explained that we only needed to pick up a SIM card (that Verizon had already alerted the store about) but we’re told to wait, which was fine. We ended up waiting nearly TWO HOURS and were ignored by the staff while they helped other customers. The guys working there took their time with everyone else, and then when it was finally our turn, ran to the back, gave us a SIM card, and then dismissed us. It took less than 5 mins. It was mind blowing to watch them help other customers who came in AFTER us, when our request was so simple. The staff was also generally rude and dismissive when we asked about timing. We’re definitely going to report the store.
