Alpesh was fantastic personally delivered and fixed a situation for a prescription that wasn't their fault ! After dealing with a few specialty pharmacies I would say this one is the best !! They personally call when it's time for renewal and call when it is on its way ! Excellent service !

What a trashy place. I have never dealt with such unprofessional Pharmacy in my life. The people are rude and obnoxious. The person answering the phone refused to give me her name and then she hung up on me. when I tried to call back they refused to answer the call. I had to call my doctor about their behavior and the doctors staff asked them to reverse the prescription. I would never do business with such rude and unprofessional people.

Sinai Pharmacy provides a welcoming environment to new and existing customers; home delivery which is very convenient. Also, Jessica has been very helpful and attentive to my needs. This is definitely a pharmacy that I would recommend to family and friends. Thumps up to the sinai team.

Sinai Pharmacy has been one of the best pharmacies that I have ever used for medication because of their customer service, empathy, understanding and patience. The general manager and the ladies who answer the phone are always so helpful when I have questions, concerns, and go out of their way to make sure they are meeting their customer’s needs. The manager specially looked into an issue for me by reaching out to my doctor to make sure a medication that I needed was covered under my insurance. I wooo continue to go to them for any medications that I may need. Definitely look no further than Sinai Pharmacy if you are looking to fill any prescription that you need!
