This woman in the store started getting mad at me because I didn’t know what she was trying to say and then asked me for my ID to pick up a already paid sandwich I’ve been to this subway 2 times but the first time the people who work here were nice now they just plain rude I wish I could give no stars like 🙄🙄

Made an order for 3 people and not only did I receive a call from door dash that my order was voided, their phone goes straight to voicemail which means I can't find out why. On top of that I didn't get refunded my money.

Extremely rude staff and they prejudice against Black people. I felt like no one wanted to serve me and when I was served, the staff clearly had an attitude but treatly the white man ahead of me with soo much care and concern. Even gave the man free cookies! they tried to make me wait to pay until I demanded that I be able to pay when I was ready not when the extremely rude , smug and 2-faced Indian lady wanted to ring me up. I will never patronize this establishment ever again.

Me and my Bestfriend came to subways for a quick munch. We walked in and after 20 mins of waiting he had only served TWO other people. The service was SLOTH SLOW. And there was only one person working the place. How can you expect great customer service with only ONE Slow worker. Who might i just say doesn’t have normal manners.

Such a disgusting and gritty store. Deserves to be shut down to make room for other subway stores. Let the good employees from these stores work a couple blocks down to the one on grand concourse on Fordham. It’s in such a Hidden dark place yuck.

Not up to their usual standard. Plus as a tourist I couldnt understand their accent. The staff must have been Spanish speaking persons with poor Engl. speaking command (no disrespect, just such a comment).

Today i went to this subway around 8:10-20 pm there was only one employee there without subway uniform outside the counter. He even didn't welcome me and my friends in the subway. After that he didn't even ask what sandwich we want we told him that we need one 6 inch sandwich, we asked for honeyoat bread he just said we dnt have that bread and was looking at us with big eyes. After that we order a whole wheat bread and veggie patty on it we asked him to toast the patty in microwave but he didn't listen to us. At the end we asked for creamy siracha dressing and he put like 3 lines of that as a employee he should know that this dressing is very hot. He was just a nonsense employee i have ever seen in subway. Worst experience will never ever visit this subway again

The worst services ever the lady who works over is the most rude ever person I have ever seen. She does not even have a smile on to her face and so rude while taking your order!
