Tyler, the manager, was absolutely fantastic, very helpful, excellent service!!!!!! Made everything easy to understand in the transaction. I would definitely recommend this store and Tyler. He was also friendly and gained rapport with me and my mom.

I wish I can give 0 star for the service he is giving to the customers, he have lied to me and I am paying more than double what he have described i have 5 lines in total so i trade in 3 phones and were promised that bill will be only whatever amount but i am ending up paying almost 1. 5 times more and i also paid the activation fee which were never disclosed to me even when i asked they says no no u r not going to pay that dont worry and now even in the AT&T app there is no trade in activity is shown so i dont know what they have done and its 4 months so before writing this comment i waited for 4 months maybe its still jas to applied usually after 2 billing cycles so be aware its kind of fraud

After ditched from Verizon customer services twice. I decide to move other carrier I make a random call to ATT authorized dealer near my home and it was not disappointing. Raze and his team arrange my iPhone 13 pro max in 2 days not even just 37 hours, setup line, port my numbers from version to ATT, move my data, arrange my all accessories and insurance. They make my monthly bill lower and give me best trading option with unlimited 5G. It was greatest professional experience I ever got from any cell carrier service provider since last 15 years while using smart cell phone.
