Took the phone for a warranty screen repair. After the repair was completed they didn't want to release the device back to me, talking about Samsung didn't responded to their emails about the repair being completed and after 4 days they installed the broken screen back and told me that they no longer will be accepting these kind of repairs. Unacceptable & Unprofessional. Stay away!

Yup. Like others have said - awesome. I dropped my Samsung note 10+ and the screen broke. Not just the glass, but the LCD as well and only about 1.5" of screen worked. Prospects were bleak since this is a 4 y old phone. uBreakiFix comes in for the win! The guy was super friendly and knowledgeable. They had the part in stock. I gave em some money (reasonable) and 2 hours later they gave me back my phone as good as new. I've had it a few days and it's been no problems. Even has a new battery as part of the repair. Highly recommend you check this out if you broke your phone.

Drop off nintendo switch for repair, quoted price and they said 3 to 4 days to fix. No response after 5 days so called for status, said they need another few days. Day 10 - still haven't gotten to it but said should be done by the end of the day. Day 11 "repair started" - day 12 stopped by and they admitted they're backed up and they haven't started the repair. At that point I just took it from them and found another place to fix it, which took only 2 days to turn around.

Great experience. I dropped my Pixel 6 in around 4 and it was fixed perfectly by 5:15. The Google warranty covered it 100%.

Don't bother with Google Pixel warranty repairs here...They must not pay well for warranty work as these guys will say anything to get out of it. Took a new pixel 6 pro to them as the volume button popped out.(not the only one based on an online search) Called Google support who authorized a warranty repair. The confirmation email didn't have the exact words they wanted in it, so they wouldn't touch it. (Why would Google send an email authorizing a repair if I had to pay out of pocket for it???) Called Google again on the way home (they obviously didn't bother to call themselves), and they are sending a replacement phone to swap this one out. Also took a pixel 4xl here 2 months ago for a battery change under an extended warranty repair program. This time the email approval was fine, but their computer correctly showed the phone out of warranty, so they wouldn't touch it (They didn't understand the concept of the extended warranty campaign kicking in after the original warranty expired)... Had to call Google back again (because again, why would the authorized repair facility try to call & help in any way?), and they sent a shipping kit with free overnight shipping both ways to me. Turnaround was only 4 days, and I thankfully had a back-up phone I could use. Either way, save your time, and the aggravation for anything in warranty...Google support also said this company is disorganized, and doesn't have their act together....Maybe they are ok for out of pocket screen repairs, etc, but I tried them twice, lesson learned, I won't be back a third time.

Biggest rip off ever!!! I had already got a price from a different location of same franchise!!! I opted to come here instead for convenience as it’s closer to my home but the individual the minute he saw me coming wanted to get double!!! Gave me a hard time even after I explained to him the price I had gotten from the other location!!! Never again!!! I hate rip offs!!! Everyone has the right to make money but don’t hustle people!!!
