Had an issue programming keys for my international c/v truck. Called and they emailed me instructions on how to add new keys to the truck. As they didn't charge me for that the least I can do is leave a good review.

They list a vehicle for sale online and yet when you call you are sent to a voice mail with no return phone call. Sent an email to find out if its for sale, No response. Terrible customer service. Must be buying their reviews and not real people.

I'm here right now and I'm agreeing with the positive reviews. You guys are awesome!!!! I've never had a shop or dealer fix a problem, take the money and then actually wash the truck after. 10 years in this industry and this is a first for me. Keep up the great work.

Unbelievable customer service. Truck had issues when originally bought and they went above and beyond to fix everything. They stand behind the products that they sell. THE place to buy your truck. We're very proactive about everything even after they had my money.

A little pricey from what I am used to, although I am from a much cheaper region of the country period. These guys have an awesome service dept. and an awesome parts dept! They really went out of the way to help me out. I have a '99 IH 4700 that is kind of prone to issues due to age. They were way backed up, but still got the truck in and diagnosed in just a few hours. They helped me get my rig back in action and back to making money. Bottom line... knowledgeable staff with great techs! Would reccomend to anyone!
