The worse experience ever! The sales lady acted as if I was such a trouble when asked for help with computer printing . She just can’t be bother, even rolled her eyes while answering my questions. I actually believe she was a racist, she said hello to all the other non Asian customers who walked in the door, meanwhile when I asked a simple question she couldn’t even bother to answer me. Save your money and go else where

This was a standard FedEx location which isn’t saying a lot. No one really was helpful or all that friendly. But they did do what I needed done and the cost wasn’t too bad. So I guess this is the best it is going to get for these stores. Someone should train their employees to focus on more friendly service.

Very slow staff service to print items especially when automated machines should (but didn’t work). It seems like folks don’t care about customer service nor incentivized to do a good job

I sent a print request to this FedEx at 9AM for a total of 28 calendar-style books to be made. The assistant behind the desk told me that one of the books I requested as 72 pages, which was too much for them to handle and that they would not be able to have the work done until 9AM the next day. FedEx is a "Print & Ship" company. 72 pages should not require a 24 hour turn-around.

My experience was laughably bad. Walked in needing to overnight some documents and include a return label-not anything complex. First I wait in line for 5 mins, which isn't a problem. Then at the front desk I'm told they can't do it there, and that I need to use a self service station. Odd, but ok. Then their self service station is giving me an error, so I go back to the desk, wait another 5 mins, and ask for help. They can't figure out the error, so they open up an new page on a different computer. I go through the steps, enter all my information, and then get an error because the printer is down. I go back and wait again for help, and a new person comes over and tells me that I can't print it, I have to email the label to myself, get on ANOTHER machine, log in, and print from my email to a different printer. At this point I'm tired of being given half assed instructions and begging for help from staff (who seem to be standing behind the desk, doing nothing, because they just direct everybody to the broken self serve stations). I took my documents, left, and walked to a ups and they handled my request in 5 minutes. I won't be using fedex again.

I can't believe how incompetent all the FedEx Offices are in manhattan. I had my label preprinted and all i needed was a receipt upon dropoff. I spent 35minutes waiting in line. 3 other fedex employees were standing there, and apparantly didnt know how to scan a simple package. Only 1 person was doing shipping. EDIT: Changed to one star, as my package was delivered a day later than I paid for.

Great place for a quick print. Just used the self computers and was in an out in a jiffy! Nice staff that asked if I need help even though i didn’t. Would definetly use again!

The assistant manager took care of getting my package out overnight. Walked in around 7:30pm and it was empty. Got in and out quickly.
