Honestly, if I was banned from entering this store after my outrage yesterday I wouldn't even care. I called around noon yesterday(saturday) to see how I can get boxes over to a hotel in Buffalo before Monday, I was told it would only be possible for residential business via ground so Monday morning was best bet. I said ok what are the time slots that morning, they told me 8:30 am or 10:30 am. However, the last pickup times for that Saturday was 5:30 pm and they gave me a plan of coming in at 4:00 to prep and ship in advance.I said ok no problem. I arrive around 4 to wait for my courier to bring 17 boxes, and around 4:15 I am ready for checkout. The manager did a whole 360 on me and decided to refuse the boxes unless I could be ok with Tuesday delivery. Apparently, I came too late and their driver was pretty much gone for the day. They were so rude that they did not even tell us hey let's buy x y z boxes for you and tape this up for you since you have such a large volume. Everything here was a guessing game and those instructions he gave me earlier in the phone were rather useless since they already put the cutoff at 4 on the dot, and weekdays seem to have the 5:30 cutoff. I basically came there for no reason, PS to be that cheap to even charge me for the tape when I was ready to spend thousands of dollars is also insane. This place did not even take the time out to find other offices open in NJ at later times - "out of their jurisdiction" yet I got the noble speech of "we ship all over the world ma'am!". I walked out with all my 17 boxes and took my business elsewhere, it is a shame that they want to do things on their own terms.

Unfortunately unless Anthony is working this establishment seems to lack in customer service. I have been to this location several times and unfortunately the print and go system is extremely problematic. Today I visited again around 1:10 and another customer prior to me was having issues as well. The response to the customer was I am not sure, I can try and restart - but I can help you print if you have print and go information. I attempted to email my documents after the reset And it did not even send codes to print. I alerted a representative up front who advised me to wait for a manager. They were on the phone. After they finished the call i was able to ask why my issue could not be addressed while addressing my last visit. The response I received is that they are new and I am trying yo understand the context. Please check into the equipment at this location and appropriately train staff. Anthony is a blessing but not there at all times. The equipment not working seems to be an excuse not to deal with prints at all. Which is unfair to customers.

If you are looking for good service, stay AWAY from this location! I went in today to print a document which should have taken 5 minutes. There was one individual using a personal laptop in front of the only usable desktop. Of course this is safety and protocol, understood. I started by asking if that was the only desktop available (yes, the only one with the individual on their personal laptop not actually using the desktop computer). The employee stated, yes. When I started to ask if the customer would be so kind as to move momentarily so I could use the desktop computer (the only one available still not being used) I was cut off by the employee who stated it was for social distance purposes. I asked where the next FedEx was and left. Now, when I got to the FedEx Office near Flatiron where the service was wonderful, I found a sign that read please limit time to 30 minutes. Funny, no one at this location mentioned there was a time limit. Now, maybe there is a service offered that clients can use WiFi and additional features but FedEx Office, you need to reconfigure your space so that clients who are in your location to use office equipment, can.

I've been shipping here for many, many years. All the employees are cheerful, helpful and know what to do or where to find the information if they are not familiar with your request. I make an effort to go outside of the busiest times of day, but then I do this at Trader Joe's, Post Office and everywhere else I need to get things accomplished. Federal Express obviously treats their people well, because I find all of them happy to be working there and pleasant to deal with, no matter which office I visit.

I had an armful of packages that were already labeled that I just wanted to drop off, and she made a spectacle of me. Fortunately other customers, who witnessed this fiasco, came to my aid to help me locate another nearby ship center, on 35th that I've been to before and is much more helpful and courteous. The other customers also informed me that I was not the only one attacked.
