What an incredibly unique store. The cuff links are outstanding, the service is Amazing. Michael spent a lot of time showing all of the cuff links he thought we would be interested in until we found the PERFECT set. Perfect place to find something for yourself or for a gift. Priced well. Eric and Joulet Roger - Buffalo NY.

The only place you should look if you're looking for full stud sets that include vest studs. Michael is a passionate and expert collector and walked me through the history and details of his collection. A one-of-a-kind store and salesman.

Purchased a set of cuff links and studs about 2 years ago, owner was very knowledgeable and informative, went out last night and lost a stud, looked on his site and they have the same studs still available. Deep inventory of very nice products that are not "cookie cutter" jewelry- each item looks unique. I will be going into to NYC to replace my missing link in next few weeks. Highly recommend this store

As an avid fan of french cuffs on my dress shirts. I love adorning them with cufflinks that are not only unique, but appropriate for the event or occasion on hand. Much to my delight, I was not aware of this hidden cufflink emporium until the early winter of 2014. The Missing Link offers a head-spinning array of designs that range from sports to professions and truly includes every category in between. So whatever your preference; vintage, screw, toggle, fixed backs they have it in store. They also offer chain links, double-sided and ball returns. A highly recommended Men's Accessory shopping destination.

I've been wanting to write a review of the Missing Link since my first visit a few weeks ago. I was looking for a unique gift for my brother, and I'm so glad that I found this place. It took me a while to figure out that The Missinjg Link was in the basement, and even then, the maintenance guy led me to a little old lady that had to open up then shop just for me. I was in love the minute I stepped foot in the place. They had every kind of cuff link, tie clip, lapel pin - you name it! All shapes, sizes, and price points. And just when I thought I was going to be left to my own devices to sort through it all, the old lady pointed me to everything I asked for. One second I was looking for art deco-style onyx cufflinks, then I wanted engravable brushed gold, then I wanted something from the 40s - she was SO patient with me, AND she knew where to find everything. Needless to say, my brother was so impressed by the engraved cuff links I ended up getting him. I didn't need to have them engraved; they have a few trays of initial cuff links, which made the whole process super easy. It was such a great experience, and I'll definitely be coming back here everytime I need a special gift for a guy.
