I placed an order and was told that I would receive a shipping confirmation email. The money was charged to my credit card, but nothing yet. It has been 2 weeks and I have called long distance 4 times and left messages as they won't answer the phone. Pretty bad for a cellular phone company.

I ordered a battery charger online on Walmart, where UC was the underlying seller. Package was already opened and the charger was clearly pre-owned. It had multiple scratches. Better yet, the charger was defective. It makes a clicky sound every second, plus an electrical spark sound every 5 seconds. Seems like they tried to pass on a previously returned device onto another customer. Returning the item.

Amazing to deal with... I bought 25 tablet cases for our charity which did not fit. UC let me exchange them free of charge for ones which did and threw in tempered glass screen protectors for free as well. I can't recommend them for their customer service enough... afterwards bought another set and got great customer service again

SCAM ALERT! Unlimited Cellular advertises a $10-100 AT&T prepaid refill card for $34.50. The site says free shipping over 7.99. Photo on ad is of a $50 card. I tried calling but no answer and no response to the voicemail I left. I asked a question on the website to verify it is a $50 card, no response after days and days. Instead of a response, I was emailed a 10% off code, but when I input the code, the free shipping option that was just there disappeared and so I would have to paying for shipping - there goes the 10% off. I tried calling again, this time mailbox was full so couldn't leave a message. Their email server rejects emails. They don't answer messages on their Facebook page except to refer you to their fake email and fake phone numbers. This company is such a scam. Customer Service does not exist. Their high ratings have to be fake.

Ordered Powerbeats Pro wireless headphones from Walmart and Unlimited Cellular was used as a third party vendor. The headphones were ordered new but came used. The charging cord was missing from the box, the headphones had greasy fingerprints all over them, and even earwax on the buds.... I originally went through Walmart’s customer service but was prompted to contact Unlimited Cellular to have the issue corrected. The item was shipped in a plastic bag, so I had to purchase my own box to return it. I had bought the item on sale for $189.99 but before my refund was even processed the price was increased to $249.95 (I was wanting a exchange, but was told I would have to return the product, then could order it again). Unlimited Cellular’s staff took over two weeks to respond to my inquiry.

Best Batteries! They are high energy density with an excellent rate capability. These are long-life alkaline AA batteries which operate reliably in temperature extremes of negative 20 degrees Celsius to 54 degree Celsius. These are GREAT, they last a VERY long time and have a good recharge rate! Recommended for use in smoke alarms, flashlights, lanterns, calculators, pagers, door locks, cameras, recorders, radios, CD players, medical equipment, toys and electronic games I have added some pics for your reference. This is much better quality that I anticipated, and I feel that this deserves 5 stars. Extremely satisfied and happy with the product and I would highly recommend it.

I have ordered several things and received as described. I ordered a great phone charger that has a 6ft cord and charges quickly. I also ordered AA batteries that work great in my kids toys. The service from Unlimited Cellular was great. I received a confirmation email and my items arrived in a timely manner with no issues. Will do business with again. ETA: Ordered again from unlimited cellular. Received as described. Shipping was a little slow but my headphones were cheaper than other places I have seen and work well.

I received the USB cord from Unlimited Cellular and it works great! I've been using it for over a month and have not had any issues!! I have been through so many of these cords and they stop working so quickly. Not THIS ONE, this one is durable and sturdy! Great product for a great price! 👍 I also ordered AA Batteries! They came on time, and are great. They were less expensive than other sellers and have work exactly the way they are supposed to! Thanks Unlimited Cellular!

In my house we go through AA batteries quicker than a loaf of bread. Between the xbox and left on flashlights and toys the batteries go very quickly. I decided to try to order some quality batteries from Unlimited Cellular. They are the same high quality I would purchase from the store but at a much better price. It was so much easier to order them and have them delivered right to my front door than running to the store to get them. The batteries last longer than your after market kind and that's a huge plus for me. Very easy to order, and the website is very user friendly. I will order from them again.

Wonderful service!! I've received two products from them and I've had none problems! I've ordered an aux cable & some double a batteries. Please give these guys a chance. Only feedback I had was it needed more packaging, there was no box the device came in. Package came in a envelope package with bubble wrap.
