Showed up and described a battery issue that had occurred overnight following a storm. Advanced Auto led me to believe it was an electrical issue and refused to test my battery. Shults took in my car immediately without an appointment. They tested my battery and alternator and let me know there was no apparent issue. They also changed my windshield wipers after I explained I must have left a dome light on following a failed attempt to change them myself. Left with no charge and very happy! Service: Battery

Went in for a oil change and detailing. The detail job was not very good. There was still dirt residue left on inner trim of passanger door. The windshield has a residue making it hard to see at night. When they finished the oil change they did not fasten the dust cover properly and I ended up dragging it half way home. When I called they tried to tell me it was not removed. The dust cover covers the entire bottom of the engine. They wanted me to drive it back 22 miles so they can fix it. Not happy!

This week, I had my car detailed at Shultz Express. I can’t say enough about how happy I was when I got into my car!! I just sat there and felt like it was Christmas! After 6 months of winter, my car took a beating!!! Wilson cleaned my car like I do, in every nook and cranny. It looks brand new, even under the hood!! I hope you will trust Wilson at Shultz to do the same for your baby! Now for the service dept. Both my husband and myself have had service on our vehicles at Shults and we are extremely happy with the work they have done. They are fair in the price and as a customer, you will be very satisfied. They go the extra mile, especially when it’s warranty work. It’s tedious work submitting the paperwork and very time consuming! When the warranty information was received back, they completed the work. We didn’t even buy our truck from them! Now for my Toyota Sienna. I took my car in for inspection in April and there was a problem with the springs/shocks in the rear. The mechanic’s book quoted about $600.00, give or take a little less. When Dave called me to inform me it was completed, he said the book was incorrect! The total was $250.00!!!! I was shocked they were honest with me. They could have charged me what was quoted, but they were honest with me! I think that what is happening in our country today, and not knowing who you can trust, made me feel so good about their customer service! So as customers of Shults, I feel confident that they will do the same for you!!

OK so I bought a vehicle from the Bradford dealer which was a good experience. Was told to take it to Olean's Tire and Lube express to have the plates and an inspection sticker put on. I was told that it would only take a few minutes and that they would have all the information to make it quick. Well that wasn't the case. The counter man made a big production in front of all the waiting customers about all of things he had to do before he could put the sticker on. Made me make an appointment and come back. I kept the appointment as I needed the inspection and it took about an hour. I contacted the dealer and told them about my experience and they told me that was all unnecessary as they had done everything at the dealership. So now its time for an oil change. Checked the website to see what their hours were. It said they open at 8am and that there was no appointment necessary. So at a little after 8am I stopped to get the oil changed. I was happy to see only one car out front and the bays empty and the waiting room empty. Guess what? I was told that they require an appointment and that they were all booked up!!! WOW! If you don't want me as a return customer just tell me so. So much for making the customer feel valued.

Several times I have been lied to about services needed, including failing to pass inspection due to the claim that I needed all 4 brakes and rotors replaced. My brakes and rotors had been examined three days earlier by another garage and found to be adequate. My car passed inspection at another garage without repairs.
