I brought a baseball team here for winter workouts. We paid for two tunnels and two instructors. Problem was, sometimes we had two instructors and sometimes only one showed up. Place is clean and everyone is super friendly but I like Will Boggs from Bases Loaded and the Cadets in Fishkill more than these guys.... just my opinion.

Top training facility. Elite athletes focus on skills while others that train for life work on functional movement. This place has the science and knowledge to back it up. The market inside supplements your workout with fresh local produce and local bug eatin meats. The shakes are the best after an hour session. The focus on human movement is key to daily life and long term mobility. After attending NSS you will have an entirely different understanding of how your body works any why.

Great workout spot. They offer great endurance work out programs for team sports to get ready for upcoming seasons. Knowledgeable trainers to keep them going. Definitely recommend trying it!

NorthStar is the key for you to get explosive at any sport! this guy Roland is the man. He helped me increase my vert and become more athletic. I highly recommend NorthStar if you want to be elite and explosive.

In my one month session, I saw the biggest difference in my life! My body has changed, I became stronger, faster, better, and of course talented! This place does it all, if you're looking to develop and get better at any sport then I highly recommend NorthStar. The best facility out there! Give it a try, you won't regret it.

Mike has been training my Varsity softball team and doing am amazing job! The staff is great with varying levels of experience and fitness and gear for every athlete to work hard and be successful. This is my second team I’ve brought here and will keep coming back!

North Star is a great place for anyone at any fitness level. Jordan does an amazing job at customizing each workout according to who is attending. You wont find anyone who cares more about the progression of each individual.

Both my sons 16 & 18 competitive year round soccer players attend Jordan's trainings 3 - 4 times a week. Each class is customized to the participants signed up for the training. Jordan really helped rehab my sons pars fracture to get him ready for his senior season. I highly recommend Northstar Sports OC
