It was so many years since I had been at Kohl’s. The old card didn’t work so I got a new one within 5min and huge savings! I got so many great bargains for hubby!

It's much better now,even if is a long line you have a screen to let you know which register you need to go. And better clothes, shoes......and of course Sephora, I'm really happy for that. I like more Kohls now than ever so keep good ,please

Qns location was very accommodating, they refunded me $ for an item that I purchased and was charged twice for, from the bklyn oceanside store. Problem solved 😁, made me a very happy grateful shopperholic.🤫

Kelly at the cashier box was extremely helpful, professional and patient trying to find prices on clothing that had no tags. Great experience!! Will be shopping here again very soon. Totally Recommend!

I have been to Kohls several times recently. They have a variety departments that I have enjoyed. The store also has on the lower level an Amazon package return station. They have kitchen products appliances, cookware, sheets & Towels. Mens and woman's clothing. I purchased a coffee maker for ground coffee and k-cups I have enjoyed the coffee maker for several months now. The cashiers have been friendly and proficient moving the line rapidly. The help on the floors pointed me to several items that i wished to see and review. I will return in the future due to the staffs helpfulness and ability to understand my questions and requirements.

Not really a fan of these kinds of store. Everything is the same no variation. Common and not exciting to browse thru the store to see what they have. It's so mundane. It's pricey and expensive. Even when things are on sale. Parking a ➕.Thank goodness for the Starbucks just around the corner to pick up your mood.

I love this store however couple weeks ago in the afternoon around 12 PM the store didn’t seem to busy I came into the store to purchase jewelry that I had my eye on for a while. a very nice lady came to help me in the department she seemed to be putting up new stuff. Shortly after, a woman with red braids came up to the lady helping me and goes “what’s going on?” Very rudely and highly disrespectful. She then told the nice lady to “pretend she does not she me ignore me because there is a lot of work to do”. she did not want the employee to help me. I was not able to purchase the jewelry I wanted. It was on sale I had a coupon. I asked the lady who was that because I wanted to report her and she said it was a manger. she was very tall and had red hair. I do not know her name but she was speaking to the employee very rudely in front of me. This shouldn’t be happening especially around customers. the employee helping me was so so nice & being very helpful. I hope management gets better and employees are treated better. I wouldn’t want to be spoken to this way.

It's ok, I find getting around in the store kind of confusing. Nice sales and good quality merchandise. I would like to suggest maybe having more entry and exits. I see on 188th street and on Horace Harding there are what could be additional door opening that aren't used. More ways for customers to get in, especially when using mass transit where bus stops are right at those potential door openings making it easier for consumers to enter the store, especially elderly and handicapped

I go here for convenience. It's nice but it gets very crowded any time during the weekend, even during the week towards the afternoon. The lines to purchase become very long and tiresome. This is basically because anyone from (congested) Queens all shop here out of local convenience & shorter traveling distance.
