I brought a phone from Verizon on Lyell Ave. The man Keyon Davis was very helpful. I had trouble with the phone brought in today and he fixed my problem. Wonderful store and employees

I won’t recommend this place, they tricked me getting a service and phone saying i will get A promo after 3 billing cycles. After 6 mos i got a call im not getting a promo and cannot return my phone. We don’t need this kind of business for services, there are better service and places to deal business. I did emailed direct to care tcc and got a call they are not giving my promo, I cannot return my phone! I learned my lesson and from now on i will avoid this place. They throw me like a ball bouncing everywhere since April 9th till yesterday Oct 16,2022.

TCC has Excellent customer service but I wound up doing a factory reset on my phone. VERIZON ITSELF.... The 'tech service' at NEEDS help. The automated answering SUCKS. If you call from a non Verizon # - you are told to hang up and find your providers # and abruptly cut off. CALL ENDED. Took an hour to finally get a human- had to call land line service #. A.....' was supposed to call me back on a different phone, BECAUSE I HAD ....NO.... connection to the network. BUT he kept calling MY # - 🙄 WOW.... This all started when I wasn't receiving calls. They all went straight to voice mail. But I could call out and text - send and receive. DONT DO -NETWORK RESET- IT WILL DISCONNECT YOUR SERVICE FROM YOUR PHONE. NO software issue. Saved all info to SD card, removed it and did factory reset.
