I take my son here & for the most part, we’re satisfied. Main issue is that they’re very busy and don’t schedule appointments on certain days I believe. So you just have to go and hope that it won’t take an hour or more to get in. We always end up waiting a very long time. Most of the girls are very nice, but there is one that works here with a major attitude problem. That’s unfortunate but it happens. In a perfect world that would never happen, but it does.

I have truly never had such a pleasant experience! I went in to just get a little haircut and it came out exactly how I wanted! While I was there we got in the topic of hair color and I decided to give it a go since I needed a refresh and never really got what i was hoping for from the last salon I went to, and I am so glad I did. I have never loved a color more than what I have now. I 1000000% recommend! Services: Hair coloring, Haircut

So I called to make an appt and was told they only take walk ins so come right in. I got there within 20 minutes and was told it would be at least an hour and a half. Service: Haircut

It all depends on who you get when your there. With mostly only 2 people working your going to be waiting atleast a half hr to hr to get your haircut. They have told me they don't do appointments anymore but while sitting there people would come in and say they had a appointments. Staff always seem to be nice and keep their cool when rude customers come in and make a scene because of the wait time.

Had a very pleasant experience there for my hair cut. There was a 20 minute wait as they were busy at the time. This was about 4 pm on a Friday. The stylist was Megan and she was very easy to work with and took pride in her work. She asked a lot of questions to make sure I got the cut I wanted and needed. I'll go back next time I need my hair cut again.

I called this store 25 minutes away an hour before close. No barber in Utica wanted to help and my work schedule makes getting a haircut very difficult during the day. Brittany answered and was cheerful, encouraging me to come right down. She did a great job and was fast. Upon leaving I got a phone call while next door in grocery store that I had dropped $70 cash I carelessly had in pocket. She called and even waited for me to come back. These types of employees and frankly people are becoming increasingly rare. Supercuts, pass on my sincere thanks and recognize this employee for providing a great experience. Service: Haircut
