Went there today looking for a new pair of boots found a great deal on a Goodyear's they were originally on sale for 50 bucks got an extra 15 bucks off out the door with tax 39 dollars plus on your birthday you get 10 bucks off anything in stock.

The store staff never offered help getting the item I was looking for, in addition I was waiting in front of the cashier for more than 3 minutes because she was watching videos on her cell phone and another employee had to yell at her that I was waiting.

Depends on the location but points for having great staff. Webster lacks variety for sure for men's shoes and boots.

Bought my son shoes. He picked them. Next morning, time for school, hates them. Brought them back no problem. Staff spent entire time upon return helping to get a replacement he likes. And wore to school the next day. Nice work

First I checked their prices and found that they were cheaper than Amazon at least for the sneakers that interested me. I called their main office and found them flexible. If the shoes I wanted were not at the store, they would ship them to my home. The store (in Webster, NY) was not very crowded and the personalized service I got could not have been better.

Loved this place. The prices are great, the staff was helpful and friendly, and they have a decent assortment of shoes and boots as well as handbags. It was overly warm in the store today but it could be simply because it was incredibly cold outside today. They only had one pair of the sneakers I wanted, but they had it online and ordered it for me, free shipping to my home (orders over $49.50). I'll be returning to this store.

Clean, staff non-existent. They have a great selection of shoes, sneakers, and boots. Conveniently located in a plaza with Burlington Coat Factory and Walmart among a couple of restaurants/bars/micro breweries and hair salons.

While I generally like the shoe department stores, I enjoy the nice look inside, however the sideways aisles just feel off and it is complicated to navigate. There needs to be signs overhead detailing where men's or women's are the way they have it set up. In the rest of the stores there is a space in the center that divides the two sections and makes it easier. But here everything was just all one big clump of shoes. It's a poor design execution that needs to fit the rest of the stores in the areas layout for a better shopping experience. Glad they Carry lots of Levi shoes and boots though!!
