I went to get my first haircut in about a year, not gonna lie I was pretty nervous. But I had such a great experience. I showed my stylist Beckie a picture of what I was thinking and she gave me exactly what I wanted! She talked me though what she was doing too. I could of gotten the worst haircut and I still would of been happy with it. The lady was so nice and very professional. I was a couple mins late for my 7:40 pm appointment and she was unbothered by my irresponsibility. The last 2 out of the 3 times I've been to supercuts in the last 10 years I've been very happy with my haircuts. I wish I would of paid closer attention to the total because I would have liked to have given more then a 20 dollar tip, she deserves it. Thank you!

I came in the Webster store Saturday at about 11 AM, I had a last minute invite with friends, I asked for wavy hot iron quick do....my hair is not thick or volumes as a senior citizen and I have had numerous visits throughout the years. I was met with a very cool and unfriendly stylist , I didn't get her name but she was a heavier girl with a brown bob. She quoted me $ 1 per minute ( I have never heard of this before and thought was quite expensive, but, I went for it....I sat in the chair to show her a pic from my phone, but, she was not interested. After another go around with what I wanted, I got up took the cape off and said I was no longer interested in her poor and unprofessional work ethic. She really needs to be groomed in customer service. Bad experience.

I made an appointment for my son. When I got there I had to wait 20 minutes. After 10 minutes a girl finished with a client and swept and then disappeared into the back. There was another stylist working on a client. When he finished then he took me. I’m not sure why the first girl didn’t take me but whatever I was patient. The guy seemed very nervous and was fumbling. He took a very long time to do a simple cut. My son’s hair is awful. The fade is bad, the back sticks up, the cut is all over the place. (See photo) I will have to take my son somewhere else to fix it. After the cut is done and they ask you how it looks I don’t want to be rude and say “it’s the worst haircut I’ve ever seen” but that is how I felt. The stylist was kind so I feel bad but just be warned. It all depends on who you end up with. I have had good experiences at the same place but because of the extreme inconsistency I will never go back. Service: Haircut

Wow, I usually go to Supercuts for hair trims and minimal hair changes, and I’ve gone to plenty between Webster and buffalo, NY but this one is always my favorite. Today I went for a different look, a modern day Farrah Fawcett look. I was extremely nervous as it’s a bigger leap that I’ve done professionally cut wise. I had Beckie as my hairstylist, she was amazing, 14/10. She asked me multiple questions about exactly what I was looking for to ensure we were on the same page and got exactly what I wanted while still making sure my hair looked good for my hair type. She then took her time cutting it and then blowing it out to show what it will look like when dried. Afterwards I wanted a few more shorter pieces in the front to really accentuate the flip when I style it, she did it no problem and kept making sure that I was in love with my hair. She even asked the other stylist there, Grace, for confirmation on how she was going to add in the shorter pieces. They were both extremely lovely, kind, professional and GREAT at their job. I will DEFINITELY be back for Grace or Beckie for another haircut. Absolutely amazing and in love with my hair !!! Service: Hairstyling

Super fast getting into a chair. Easy appointment setup where can do it online or by phone. Very clean shop and every stylist I've encountered is friendly,kind,caring, professional, speedy,qualified,knowledgeable and great at what they do! Highly recommend if you need a last minute or spontaneous cut,this is the place! Prices did go up to 18.50 for a mens cut without a wash,but with everything stated above it's well worth it! A++++++++
