Their clothes are not bad, it's cute and cheap but recently when I went to their store at the Paramus mall, they had no A/C in there and the air quality was terrible. It's annoying to shop there. And rude sales people t inoo.

They don’t accept returns and exchanges right now. Shoppers beware. Yes there are SMALL signs posted throughout the store. Not sure who they think they are but if large shores are accepting returns during COVID I don’t see why they can’t.

This is honestly the worst customer expired of my life. If you want to be treated like thief and have a worst attitude from everyone there ESPECIALLY THE OWNER. I don’t know what goes in her head when she treats customers and her own employees like that.

Pretty nice clothes for a moments notice. Prices reflect product quality. Mostly carry s,m, some large,less xl. Made for shorter small women. I bought a ni e soft faux hoodie I am happy with.

I’m giving the customer service 1 star. My first time being there and I got a shirt didn’t notice it was ripped until I got home. I went to return it but they were so rude and told me I ripped it and didn’t wanna let me return it. The manager is also very rude and lacked social skills.

Not exactly the best customer experience I've had. The staff is disconnected from the customer to a point that they seem that they do not want to help you. My wife asked for help and was treated in an unfriendly fashion. No one smiles seemed to smile for the exception of one girl over by the fitting room. The low prices do not, and will not, justify the experience.
