Plus size section & mens section is very minimal. I mean it’s expected bc we’re the “minority” among shoppers (this is me being sarcastic.) They keep moving the sections around upstairs, not sure if they’ll take them out one day. That would suck bc I come here 1-3x a month. But…..the clothing is arranged neatly. Depending on how you shop, prices are fair. Some amazing items were $2-5 on sale. Try your luck. I still like this store very much. Just needs some help from corporate, I think

The people in this forever 21 are fantastic, Amanda Estriplet is such a great worker and stranded out definetly. I don’t understand why this girl is not the manager lol. She had so much patience with me and my family and she needs to get a raise immediately. It’s so nice to encounter people like her. Keep up the good work!!❤️❤️

Forever 21 palisades mall nyack ny Huge forever 21 location i believe its 3 floors worth of store. Female and male clothing selections. Big big store so you can spend a while searching to find what you need and all employees are great!

Always a mess though I don't think it's the fault of the employees. A store that size needs a lot of staff and proper management and I don't think it had either. The plus size section is tiny and not worth the visit. Occasionally you can find something good for real cheap but it's usually not worth it.

Very nice store a little messy, they need more employees & not make the few they have try to do two floors. Not fair ! I also read some employees make fun of other's, grow up. Because if I hear it again corporate will step in. Each individual is unique & different and all need to be treated with respect, regardless of their race, origin, sexual preference, disability ,color or creed. I heard this from a previous employee that worked there. I know of someone else that works there, if I here such again. I will make complaints. Someone has to stop this nonsense. Forever 21 needs to " hire " more employees " & treat them with respect. As well as put signs up for customers , to please put clothing back in a decent manner.

Junky clothes that won’t even last you a month. You get what you pay for and always annoying having to use the other register on the other floor. People pay for this junk? Put your hard earned money on quality clothes that will last. Do not shop at this store. I have before and you will see how fast your clothes fall apart.

Offering a wide variety of sizes, this store is a win for juniors of all size ranges. Having said that, the quality of clothing here is barely worth the otherwise reasonable sale pricing. Generally thin, flimsy fabrics don't stand the test of time, but since neither do most of the (IMO) fugly fabrics and styles, this is likely not a problem from most perspectives. I don't love it but my daughter does, hence the 4 stars.

Forever 21 is a great clothing store for the younger crowd. Although it's got 21 in the title it doesn't mean that people of all ages can shop here. You can find clothes that are age appropriate for anyone, but you really have to look if you're not into mini skirts, spandex or crop tops. That's not to say that a person who is in their 40's or 50's can't or shouldn't wear revealing clothing, it's up to the individual. But for my taste in clothing I have to shop carefully to find things I'm comfortable in when shopping at Forever 21. Maybe the name of the store is implying that if you shop there or wear their clothes, that you'll be forever 21? I don't know 😉 My son likes to shop here and I usually go with him. I will say that some of the Forever 21's don't have a very large or good selection for men. This one, in the Palisades Mall, did have a good selection for guys. I love their prices! They do stay on trend so if you're not made of money, and who is, you'll appreciate the choices and the prices. It is great to get up to date trends for not a lot of cash. Also, you should definitely shop between seasons at their clearance area. You can get really good deals! I've never had any issues with the employees here. Most employees are friendly and professional. This Forever 21 was one of the bigger ones I've been in. It was well lit, clean and organized. The one we usually shop in is often very disorganized, but that wasn't the case here. Overall, I recommend Forever 21 to almost anyone.

My daughter loves this store. 2 floors of cloths....but......messy with cloths on floor everywhere. Not enough staff on for help.
