Absolutely top notch customer service! I was lucky to work with Kenny but everyone at this location is amazing and super helpful! The team went above and beyond for me and I'm truly appreciative. I went in for an upgrade and the entire experience was easy and efficient. I've had subpar experiences at other Verizon locations but not at this site. I will absolutely be back for future purchases!

I went to Verizon store @jefferson mall. Transferring from T-Mobile .The customers service was great. Tim who finished my account set was excellent. he was knowledgeable, helpful and made the transition very easy for me. I will recommend this location and Tim to anybody looking to join Verizon.

My elderly father went into the store to ask a question about his phone. He left and found out he had been signed up for insurance for devices he didn't have. When salespeople are offered commission for signing people up for insurance company, it is not surprising you have fraud. This has been reported to Verizon and to the Carmel Police. I would suggest going elsewhere for service and specifically avoid sales rep: P057392

I went in today looking to trade in my phone for an upgrade and walked out very happy! I was helped by Ashton and another man who is currently a trainee (I’m sorry I’m bad with remembering names!!). Both of them were extremely helpful, very patient and determined to help me get the best price on my upgrade, as well as very friendly!
