The inside smells funny, like they are cheap and not taking proper care of their HVAC. Ingles made record profits during the pandemic, surely they can reinvest some of that in the store and not the Ingles family's pockets?

Absolutely delicious,ice cream is delish, the cookie has the perfect consistency. I've tried many ice cream sandwiches, #1 is target brand but you have to get the minis. This one comes second tho... But I will say Laura Lynn makes a dang good ice cream sandwich. As always, the last bite is the best. Disappointed in the wrap job, as shown in pictures.

The Ingles on New Leicester Hwy employs kind and caring people. The store manager, Phillip Fisher, is a God-fearing and very professionally polite man. Robert Carter, an assistant manager, is very kind-hearted and goes out of his way to provide the best customer service I have ever experienced in a grocery store. Jesse Rhodarmer, another assistant manager, is by far the most gentlemanly of people who always helps you out to the car with groceries and makes sure everyone is treated with the utmost care and respect. Abby, a bookkeeper, is so sweet, friendly, and caring. Haylee, Angel, and Tanner, assistant bookkeepers, are young, ambitious ladies willing to treat you fairly and help anyway possible with honesty, kindness, and understanding. Ms. Catherine and Ms. Anne, the head bookkeepers, are very discerning, kind, and disciplined in their help towards customers and employees alike. Todd Warren has the biggest heart of all... He genuinely cares for customers and employees as if they were his own family. May the Lord truly and abundantly bless all y'all in business, health, and future endeavors.

One of the scariest Ingles I’ve ever set foot in. The homeless and riffraff sitting on the benches outside don’t make me feel any safer. Lower food quality compared to the Canton Ingles I frequent daily. This is right next to the Asheville country club and neighborhood?

For $6.50 you get a soda chips and a fully stacked roast beef sandwich. Go to any deli it’s normally 15 .

not a very nice ingles, the staff at the fruit stand place werent the greatest but were nice and the starbucks person is quite nice so it is a pretty nice store i guess

This is an ole faithful type of grocery store. Not the greatest selection, the produce isn’t the best, but if you need an ingredient on the fly or need to pick something up late at night, this Ingles will provide. I also like how they have a starbucks and a movie rental and a little luncheonette area. The only thing is, all the staff members look like they want to die. They look like they hate working their. And sometimes they aren’t stocked well.

It's an older Ingles but a good one. Usually not too busy. It's a grocery store... And they have paperbags! Wooowhooo!

Having recently moved here a few months ago, this is one of the few places that offers all the convenience and niceness of the posh places but without the obnoxiousness, which is always a plus. The beer cave as well as their selection of imports, domestics and local beers is the finest in this area...bar none. The fish was super fresh and the csr actually came from behind the counter to speak with me...asked if I needed any help...I was almost too shocked to answer. I smiled, and informed him I was just admiring the selection and freshness. Really just amazing selection. My only complaint was that there were no bagged oranges or tangerines. It was all bagged grapefruit, lemons, lines and oh yeah, more grapefruit. Otherwise, this place is great. The shelves are clean, everything is dusted and tidy. The Starbucks girls were all pissy, but I think that is par for the course....gad, they never smile. No matter, don't drink that swill anyway, just like the smell of coffee. Oh yeah, they have an awesome selection of Italian gourmet, and just cool gourmet stuff. Definitely want to try the dog and walnut butter....omg! So excited.
